@@nos676 Yes, I still use mine along with the 9700 diamond clean. Both hold up well - just the battery life is a little shorter.
I use to hate it because of the pressure sensor. But, I just found out how to disable the sensor, so now it’s perfect!

It would be great to see it operate, many reviewers stick the brush heads in water to show how much they vibrate. I guess if you need to return it, this is too much to ask :)
I just picked one of these up and was wondering what the white brush was for too since the packaging doesn't mention coming with one. I got the same set up as u with the two black brushes and one white. Some other unboxing videos only show 2 black brushes both diamond clean. Wondering why my brushes are all different like yours.

I bought 2 diamond clean phillips toothbrushes - pink and black. Batteries stopped working approximately 1 1/2 year later. We tried to replace them but it was not easy. I contacted phillips for repair services and they did not want to do anything if there is no warranty was purchased at the time of sale. So for a $220 electric toothbrush (I paid $440) it was a pretty short life span. What got me upset is that phillips did not want to help in any way and this was the end of it. I will not buy from phillips again and do not recommend it!

I am currently deciding on two different Philips Sonicare toothbrushes.
1) Sonicare Series 2 Plague Defence
2) Sonicare Diamondclean
My main concern is, does the Diamondclean offer ANY superior cleaning ability to the Plague Defence?
I heard that the Diamondclean has issues within the warranty duration (2 years). Is this true and how does the Plague Defence compare in this aspect?

Be careful, I just bought one of these at Target regular price $229.00 and it didn't have a USB charger option only the 120 volt option. It was a 9300 model.
Look under the case it came with...there is a usb

Philips has so many different models I wish he would say which one this so I can compare. I also just found out that their customer service support has alot of really bad reviews. I just bought one (have not taken it out of the box yet) because I had certificate through retailer which made it a good price, however when I watch this video mine has only 4 settings - it has no sensitive setting - which I would have liked. It was $270.00 before the discount, $300.00 when you add the tax . which is a lot and considering it only last 5 years. It also has the bluetooth app, which I don't really care about and some says its a bit gimicky. However yes what model is this - so I know which one has the 5 settings, so I can compare. And more customer service reviews would be better -
The model number should be located on the bottom part of your box, underneath the barcode section. As far as I know, DiamondClean with app support is one of the latest models. I have a similar model to that CZcamsr - no app support and it comes with 5 modes. It's quite an old model, but I got it on Amazon for $40; I'd consider it a steal.

Whoak Honga Unfortunately you have an older model of the diamondclean, I'm guessing you have sensitive instead? I had one of the first models of the diamondclean before it eventually crapped out and it was missing the deep clean mode and had sensitive instead.

I hate the charging feature as it doesnt really stop charging when it is fully charge when you remove it and place it back. I called Sonicare suport and thats what they told me also.
Whoak Honga Depending on how often you use it mine lasted about a year and a half to two years before it stopped cleaning effectively most likely due to the battery being recharged hundreds of times. I would say these brushes are worth it though I've found nothing cleans my teeth better than the sonicare brushes and they are a lot less harsh on my gums as well.
It would be nice to see in the future the ability to pull out rechargeable batteries from the brushes that have lost their charge and be able to buy rechargeable battery packs seeing as the brush is $200+ and that's a huge cost to bite every few years for a toothbrush.

I totally agree with you on the battery. The price is too high to not have the option for a replaceable battery especially if it only lasted a year and a half.

Diamond Head fits all the Sonicare... The difference is the fancy accessories and the handle. The Elite+ basic model has the same 'clean' mode and costs the same as 4 to 5 brush heads.

Вам не кажется,что типо для путешествий эта штука непригодна и для стационарного использования тоже?поясню-для путешествий важно не перегружать себя всяким мусором,мусор это вес,вес надо нести-взять такую хрень в путешествие тупо когда можно взять маленькую зубную щётку и тубус для нее и туда же поместить маленький тюбик зубной пасты.и для стационарного использования-тут конечно получше,но кейс для стационарной зубной щетки не особо нужен,я вообще заметил сколько мусора вокруг себя человек собирает-в армии для поддержания себя в чистоте необходимо было это кусок мыла,зубная паста,зубная щетка,станок, полотенце и все а тут только к зубной щетке прилагается стакан,чехол,насадки, зарядка

This one is several years old. Checkout the newer diamond clean models, the cases all have USB cables built in. I expect the new models coming out later this year or 2021 will have USB-C
