Thanks!
Superb playing and tastefully done demo. Great format.
Thanks!
That's such amazing playing! 👍👍❤❤
Thanks!
Great playing!
thanks
I considered both of these. After watching this video, GK Pro is no longer a contender.
If you need to plug in the GK pro is awesome!
Beautiful.
thanks
fantastic maestro !
There was a great affordable brand in Paris that sounded amazing for the low price. Check out my Paris video it was at the first store in the video
A brilliant comparison video.
Thanks
I purchased a brand new C12. Had to replace it upon receipt because of quality control issues. The truss rod was missing. The neck was cracked. Since the pandemic started, quality control in China has become a big issue. If you’re a newb, take your guitar to a trusted luthier to inspect and tune your guitar. The replacement was perfect and I love it.
It's a long way to ship, lots of things could happen. Thanks for subscribing if you are now!
Beautifully played man....👏🏻👏🏻 And thanks for reviews👏🏻👏🏻 both has very huge sound differences🙄

The c12 is so full and robust powerful. Sounds like a fine classical guitar should. Plays outside is class for sure!!!

Right so all one would need to do is invest in an awesome pickup for the C12. Amazing 🎉
Not for flamenco as much, but for classical
Really well-played (especially the tremolo bits). I'm actually considering exactly these two. I've played acoustic for 20+ years, but never classical (well, bits here and there). I'm assuming the GK is more playable, no? I worry about the tension of the strings (and their height). How do they compare along those variables? Thanks!
Thanks. GK Pro is my go to for live playing with an amp, the pickup is great and works with flamenco and classical. The C12 is more a of a traditional classical guitar that doesn't plug in, but sounds a lot louder and fuller in the room, but the action is a little higher and a little harder to play, but better classical tone
They both are great. They serve a different purpose.
Yeah!
let's remember that each wood gives different sounds even if it's the same guitar we would have to try it with mine, GK studio limited Edition

Mesmerising!!!

Which nylon guitar is best to keep the nylon sound when is plugged I have heard some and sound like steel string guitar! I don't like that I what to keep the nylon sound in both ways plug or unplug in looking to buy one and keep for long time
GK Pro plugs in other doesn't, I like to roll treble off a lot of amp to sound natural, also blend the mic in with pickup.
That asturias part was satisfying.
Thanks!
@@HollywoodRareGuitars You're welcome
You sure can play those. I think I prefer the robust tone of the spruce C12 but both guitars are fine instruments.
Thanks! That C12 is for sale actually if interested.
@@HollywoodRareGuitars what are you asking

Cordoba GK Studio limited ? that would be a nice one to show here as well....
Don't have that one
love the sound of GK negra, but I am sucker for flamenco/Spanish sound of classical guitar. Will have to buy GK limited soooooon!!! :)))

You're a great guitarist
Thanks ! I appreciate you supporting the channel
Just the video I was looking for. I'm not sure how the C12 Limited differs from the standard C12 Spruce; maybe something more like Madagascar rosewood instead of Indian rosewood? The Cordoba GK Pro Negra and the C12 are two step up guitars I'm considering along with a Prudencio Saez PS28C. Unfortunately I live in a very rural area 300 miles from a shop I could try out the Cordobas and the Saez would have to be purchased on hope. I've played lower end models of both brands and currently play a Cordoba Fusion 14. I've played for 65 years and got into nylon strings just 3 years ago. I have a classical and jazz teacher who likes both makers, but says he usually finds Saez to be excellent values but usually need more setup work than Cordoba. Any thoughts?
This guitar is for sale. C12 is better woods and all around build quality. I have many videos on here of it. Take a look. What area do you live in?
Is there a noticeable difference in volume and sustain between these two? Considering them both. Thank you!
C12 is louder for sure, but the GK Pro shines when amplified
@@HollywoodRareGuitars thank you very much for the response! What about sustain? Is there a big difference? Sorry to bother but these aren’t available on local dealers. Appreciate the help
@@Ramondz About the same sustain, the lattice bracing on the C12 makes it very loud, so would seem to get more sustain. But higher action, larger body and a little harder to play.
@@HollywoodRareGuitars thanks a bunch for the feedback and the video! Keep them coming. Subscribed!
Does the elevated fingerboard makes any difference for C12?
Yes easier high fret access
I lean towards the GK pro it has a cleaner and more natural sound
Yeah it's great for amplified playing too
do you have the same tuning for both guitars?
Yes
Can anyone tell me what pieces he is playing???? I want to learn all of these!!!
I can tell you, which time markings?
What strings do you have on the go pro? Thanks
daddario pro arte hard tension on both
@@HollywoodRareGuitars thanks for your quick response! Why do you choose hard tension when normal tension is easier on the fingers to get the volume?
C12 is more hard and i like it .
cool
I wish I could play that. Oh, well
Thanks, I can teach you!
Great playing congratulations! If you had to balance acoustic/unplugged sound and playability (neck comfort) which is the one that you would keep if you had to keep only one? Sound wise I am interested only in the acoustic/unplugged sound. I am a steel/acoustic guitar player all my life and I am ready to buy my first nylon guitar and I am in between those 2. Thank you very much for the help!!
C12 is louder and better for unplugged. The GK pro shines plugged in and both necks feel about the same. Action lower on gk pro, but you could make adjustments
Price?
Price of which?
C12 looks/sounds like a cannon
it's a great one
So . The Negra is easier to play , lower action .
Yes. Thanks for subscribing if you are now!
Definitely the GK PRO , has better sound …
Nice
