It's funny how the media scream for players like Gallagher and Mainoo, who are playing for bang average teams without pressure, to be thrust into the national team, whilst Elliot is broadly overlooked. He's 21 and he's played in a top top Liverpool team playing for trophies so I find it bizarre that he's ignored in the way he is
I think he’s only ignored because Southgate would want to play him where he keeps playing foden and grealish , on the left and number 10

I get the Endo love in and love his attitude but think we need a very mobile, ball player in that position. Hopefully Stefan is the the man to do it.

I thought Nunez might get a mention...I feel like the lad is going through a tough time and is feeling the pressure from all angles. Do we only talk about players when they are delivering? I hope Liverpool keep him at Anfield. He is still young and full of potential. I look forward to see how he develops under Arne. Great show as ever.

Quansah is top cb, he didn't make us miss Matip or Konate, he's only problem is his lack of pace.

Under Slot, we won't be using the false 9, thats what I've heard. So forget the Klopp system, all players will be doing something new next season. Euros and Copa will disrupt our pre season

I keep on saying we don't have a basic level of play to fall back on. At 4 nil we fell apart. And that just summed up our season.

@@j.s3300 If you can just ignore performance and are just happy with results then good for you. I dont have such a simple view of football. Its why I knew we wouldn't win the title because our performances showed it despite the wins.

Robbo.....Honestly robbo should be captain.. At least made Vice Captain....Ali and Robbo are a lot more suited to captain + vice than Trent and Virgil.
Slot will never be Klopp, as a man of the people. But tactically, he could be much better
It was great that we won, but lets not go over the top here. We went missing the last 4 to 5 weeks. This game meant nothing, now they showed up. Under Slot, we will be moving the ball faster, by what I've seen of his game style
Even after scoring four the same problem exists - lacking composure in the final third and wasteful in front of goal. Case in point, Salah's Sunday league style miss from 0 yards out and then there's Nunez.
Despite the amount of goals he gets he does need a lot of chances, positive side,at least he gets in the position to score, negative, he misses so many and always has

I wasnt happy at fulltime. 4-0 up and it could have easily ended 4-4 with the chances Spurs had in the last 20 mins. Our game management is woeful.

Will miss Klopp massively, but my 2 criticisms of him have been. His favouritism to certain players, and habit of putting players into out of position positions

Yeah mate he's 21, which is still extremely young for a CB. Virgil is 32. Imagine Quansah with another 10, 11 years of experience.
Doesn't change the fact that Liverpool bottled the league when it mattered the most. Where was this against Man Utd, Crystal Palace & Everton???
