I think Jurgen is up there with Shankly. Winning us our first title for 30 years with the level of competition that he had to face and the sort of points total that was required was simply sensational.

Jurgen is at shankly's level. Shankly created the 20th century liverpool empire which was finished by the 90s. Klopp made liverpool elite again.
Jurgen has played a massive part in turning lfc around. I dread to think where we would be if he hadn't been our manager for last 9 years. Made us one of the most feared teams in the world. And brought respect to the city. Who would have thought a German could do that.

I'm an arl arse exiled Kenny/Kirkby lad. I married an East Midlands girl at uni, couldn't get work back home though we both wanted to live in the Holy city at the time. I was in the boys pen as a 7-8 year old, taken by my 11 year old uncle back in the mid 50s, surfed the Kop twice after bunkin in through the boys pen bars...all that. So, in the end I got exiled down here and watched the Klopp era from afar...JK ranks amongst our greatest Managers despite the one significant Premier League win because, if they had sorted out the feckin cheating Sovereign Wealth Hooers and banned governments from owning footy clubs, Klopp would have 3 titles at least...City would still be revering bell-ends like Goater and their Championship title. Also, during his reign and with his media impact, I have seen the perception of our City change down here as thousands of them took the trouble to come up and visit as tourists. It is no coincidence that I now have Aye-up-me-duckers stopping me to rave about their we-end and exclaim about our feckin beaches. ffs
