I still need more RNG luck with Hadron to get Manstopper for this shotgun but boy was it fun to play this. This is pretty much as pure of a close quarters Veteran build as I could make. Agile Engagements, Smoke Grenades, and the damage burst talent for Stealth allows you to output insane melee/shotgun damage to anything you run up to.

The search for Manstopper continues but I'm still enjoying this pocket nuke in the meantime.
I gave up yesterday, made a 5th character, lvl up new zealot to lvl 20 with some help on discord, and got flechette and man stopper with around 10 blue shotguns.
I saw a clip of manstopper scattershot and holey moley did it look absurd. Havent played around with this yet but i wanna find one. Also I wasnt even thinking about having to find those again but the shop usually has low level blessings. I wouldnt think it would be that difficult as long as youre camping shops on characters.

@@IamHere027 yeah it’s a matter of time, just my irl work lately has me moving out and about more often so I can’t even remote with my laptop every hour to quick snipe the shop if I see it
I love the gun and the playstyle, feels like we've come a long way from Lasgun being basically your only choice.
with maps like this man I wish we could put flashlights on more guns. Or have some armor upgrades DRG style giving us stronger headlamp
I actually also didn't know there was something like fsr3 and was trying to fix my fps for the last days. I installed the mod and now I can run on high settings with like 90 fps still 😂. That's amazing, thanks lol.
Yeah it’s let me almost max out the game with DLSS quality preset with everything on besides RTX

I also run 3 stamina curios people really sleep on stamina in my opinion its the most important stat outside of damage. I run max stamina on my auric level ogryn slab shield tank and I can basically infinitely spam the push attack it the shield keep stuff perma locked and with my shout every time I hit something with the shield bash it lowers the cool down on my shout to aggro everyone in.
You really start to feel the pay off once you get more consistent at not taking avoidable damage (pretty much most if not all melee damage). The extra avoidance and resources to spend on push/blocking/running adds up quick.
@Vamp0613 it really does and with the ogryn I've found you avoid damage best behind the shield instead of focus on heavy attacks and toughness spam I do endless shouts and endless shield pushes

Veteran has the best effective Toughness in the game due to its insane Toughness mitigation and replenishment talents. Confirmed Kill and Iron Will alone make it so that you're functionally invincible as long as you keep a steady streak of Elite/Specialist kills. Thanks to that, (for my preferences) toughness/hp curios are a waste to me as long as I don't eat overheads. But with all that stamina I can run way more than anyone else, push attack more than anyone else, and revive people through more things unless someone has revive speed/block efficiency.
Vet also has the worst stam regen of the classes so it helps quite a bit, it also makes Deadshot viable for a wider range of weapons.
as fun as this gun is, its recoil makes it a first for getting motion sick for prolonged use, i have to lie down for a bit if i play more than 3 matches with this thing
Yeah I definitely have to glance elsewhere in my peripheral occasionally on some of the worse kicks from the 1st shot. I think this round in particular being in darkness made it much more tolerable at least.
Isnt the camera getting jerked around a bug that needs fixed? I dont think the guns supposed to do that. Pretty sure they know about it as well. I havent played with it so I could he wrong.

Smokes and the stealth suppression gave just enough breathing room but yeah was expecting one bit of bad luck to end it all by then.
