15% in usd is a bit exaggerated. Sp500 give 10-12% over 10 yr period. This decade might have been higher cuz of tech boom. Dont expect 15% in next decades. 10-12% would be still great, and better than all other investments. Great video

You are considering annualized return of US market 15%. You should consider CAGR 9% for the US market that will give you the correct growth rate.
You are right - It was a hypothetical scenario. In actual 9% is realistic.
Please incorporate inflation over the period. In other words, what would be the value of return after 10 years for example.

This is a comparison with asset classes - inflation is same for all so you can add in yourself.
These numbers are in absolute terms and NOT inflation adjusted. There is no point to adjust inflation for apple to apple benchmarks.

My question: in case of RDA we cannot have joint CDC account and broker account.. my concern is suppose if i want to invest for long term and for some reasons i have to go back to pakistan then how can we operate RDA and how can we transfer shares to normal cdc account in pakistan.
I believe we can still keep on operating the RDA - just that inward transactions from within Pakistan are not possible. So continue with the same CDC as well.

you can withdraw into your Pakistani account - that's not a problem. but you cannot send the money from Pakistan to UAE so new investments cannot be done but old can carry on.

You are right - there are sharia complaint options too - will check on those.
Wali Bhai, i have opened Sarwa from Malaysia and i have sent money from my accounts there, as of now i have not withdrawn but i believe people can still top up as long as they are using non business accounts and transfers from an account under their name.
Second question, for Vanguard ETF i have access in Malaysia through broker (iFast Malaysia) and already opened a CDC account to invest in MY,SG,HK and US markets. For USA which ETF do you suggest in US for dividend and long term investment horizons and small topups per month.
I can see people opting for non US stocks due to taxes on dividend - any guidance on that? current dip is a good time to buy and continue top up in my opinion and i am thinking on the same. the market shall go up in few years and returns can be good in US.
Very valid point regarding tax on dividends for non US citizens - I will look into it.
Buying the dip, just for the sake of it can be devastating but if you have a long term plan, then do the DCA.
For SARWA, you can always top up the account until you are able to transfer the funds from your own account anywhere in the world - however, from Pakistan it might not be possible as direct transfer of funds from Pakistani account to abroad have many conditionalities.

I have one question regarding RDA certificate reinvestment profit amount.
a certificate of 5,000,000 for 5 years plan. Lets suppose Each six month the received 225, 000. My question is, do each time after 6 month, need to take another certificate of this profit amount or should ask bank to add this profit to actual amount wich is 5000000.
you need to take another certificate - its not automatically reinvested.

T-bills are tricky, you need to have the full information before you invest as there are costs associated while investing PLUS the amount should be large enough in order to cover any transaction charges.

Long term investment should be a mix of multiple assets. If you already purchased a rental property, I would suggest to start investing it's rent into the stocks as selling so quickly will 100% get you into loss.

I wont recommend that - US itself is suffering from recession.
Invest in yourself to improve your chances to make more money while you are young.
200k invested on a plot in karachi, scheme 33 back in 2002 was sold last year for 24m PKR.
There are still opportunities available for long term investement in such amount, ofcourse returns will be dependent on many factors.
You neglected the most appealing sector right now, completely. I'm talking about cryptocurrencies and digital assets. In my opinion nothing is going to give bigger returns than that. Projects like Polkadot, Solana, Etherium are worth investing and has given insane returns during stimulous paycheck rush.
I mentioned in the beginning - property cannot be purchased at 500k in these days.
For crypto - it’s not my piece of cake :-)
When you say National Savings fixed do you mean that you can't withdraw Funds until the term of 5, 10, 20 years is over? I want to invest in National Savings as it seems best for my goal but I do want that funds back if I have an emergency need for it.
You can - it will come with some kind of minor penalty. There are options for short term investments too of 3/6 months.

Wali Bhai my experience of investing in mutual fund is not fruitful. I invested a small amount of 50K in MEEZAN mutual fund. And after a year it grows to 52700.

Return assumptions on stock markets are way too high. At max it should be 10-13% IN PAK and 6-10% in US.
In this context naya Pak returns of 7% in usd is best in class with lowest risk
Pakistan stocks can return ±17% easily over a long period of time in PKR terms.
US stocks can return 10% over a long period of time, but you can reduce it if going by ETFs.
7% on NPC is great, but I again wont invest over it for long period - its good for short term goal based investment.
What about inflation rate?
These are absolute numbers - an indication of each investment option. You can subtract your inflation numbers from each value equally.

If you are a freelancer and getting paid in USD from abroad then better open the freelancer account which is kind of Roshan Digital Account and you can see the option to invest in US markets from that account.

You can do your calculation regarding any inflation number - this video is giving you an idea to find out comparative difference in absolute numbers.

Furthermore, ur idea doesn't make sense if u provide incomplete information. Instead of following incomplete information and make losses, it is better to keep money into bank account.

Stock market has remained almost flat in last 06 years. Because of high interest rates in near future would likely remain flat for next 3 to 4 years.
No one has the crystal ball - however, for the past 5 years, I do agree the stock market have been flat in index terms, but good stocks have given very healthy returns. Moreover, there are times when US stocks remained flat for decade and PSX performed better at the same time.

just to let you know, US stocks were flat from 2000 until 2011.
Pakistan stocks are flat from 2017 until now - so such patches do occur
