Wali Bhai, I suggest making a video on comparison between Long term dividend based investment vs Swing Trading in PSX. Some people say that PSX is not good for long term investment or dividend due to inflation and rupee devaluation.
They argue that swing trading is much better for PSX.

Hello Sir! Huge fan of your videos! And after following you for many months I'm planning on PSX myself. However, after a little research I opened my account at a brokerage firm which charges a fee of 15%. Is this normal or very high fee? Also which brokerage firm do you use for investing?

I believe you are referring toward the company which has DEFAULTED.

@@AnasKhan-uw7vf I don’t research much - but what’s ever I buy I make sure they hold some kind of value. A defaulted company May revive later, but it requires too much of a research and belief in one company :-)

Warren buffet has said invest in SPY or average investor should invest in Index fund as most of the Fund Managers on an average have underperformed the market + popular Index funds so INDEX ETFs are the best bets for avg investor.
Index funds investing makes sense for the US market. However, for last 5 years, it has not proven a good technique in a market like Pakistan.
@@WaliKhan_2k KSE is super rigged market controlled by a handful of mafia who can rig it any time they please. Only way is to stick to some Blue chip /dividend gushers in this market who have been paying stable dividends for the last 10/25/50 yrs a very and basic point of Dividend research and here we are only dealing with 5yr data just unbelievable in this day and age when Data is worth of gold.

A few of them are there - but still no guarantees. I think I can make a new video on this topic.

agar koi company default ho jae to kia hota ha, jaisy kafi company default ho gai ha, Govt un ko pakarti ha ya nahi, us waqt humain kia karna chahy, plz make a video
it takes a lot of indicators before a company default moreover it will not vanish its value overnight - you will still have some time before to sell (even if its in loss)

dividend payouts are not fixed. But you can find from the video on how to know the past payouts.
Great video, thanks for making most awaited video. Length of video doesn't matter as we have lot to learn.. But there is a confusion.
You mentioned 1-year change should be positive but if 1-year change is negative then isn't it good because we will be buying at lower rate? Same is the case with 5 year chart... we should buy when share price is near the lowest value of 5 years as it has chance to grow to its max price and can drop only to its lower limit in 5 years?

I can discuss this in future videos - but this is one of the filtration criteria - you can modify it as well. However, the final decision is made by looking at detailed analysis.

Why there is no Data beyond 5 yrs its quite annoying feature of most stock screeners in Pakistan.

I got DCR at 9.50 but mistakenly sold it at 10 and I still regret it.
