CHRISTDRIVER "Everything Burns" [Full Album]

- The sole LP from Seattle industrial metal band Christdriver, originally released in 1996 on Profane Existence. Nine tracks total with most being quite long, lots of sludge/doom influence and definite hints of early Godflesh and other 90's industrial metal throughout. This is the CD version of the album which appends three tracks not found on the LP.
Formed in 1991, the group's only other release that I know of was a 7" from the previous year titled "Your Vision Leaves Me Blind". I'm not sure on the current status of the band, but they do have a Facebook page here that was last updated in 2017:

The summer the Blind 7" came out, everyone I know had the patch on their upper thigh, placed in the same spot, directly opposite the Amebix-No Gods No Masters patch on their other pant leg.
I have been in love with Christdriver since I picked up that record.

I love the album cover’s use of the scorpion in the alien hunter’s hand from “Predator”- that’s really cool. When I first saw it I was thinking- “Hey, I’ve seen that before, but where?... Aw, fuck yeah! Predator!!!” You get a “like” for that alone- =][=

It should also be known this band was an influence on Neurosis and friends. Some members also went on to do Black Noise Cannon which was good.

The cover art is from the movie “Predator” when Mac kills the scorpion on Dillon’s back, and the Predator picks it up afterwards ............................ “Anytime”

Masterpiece gem
Saw them at the Phoenix underground back in the day, they threw TF down!
I saw them open for Godflesh at the Phoenix Underground and that was one of the most thunderous shows I've ever seen.
I was at the same show - 11/26/96. And Christ Wept played before Christdriver. One of the best shows I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot.

These guys were amazing Profane existence put out some great "experimental" stuff in the 90's Christdriver had an unreleased 3 track demo I used to have it but i lost the disc i had, however one track did surface on here, their brilliant version of Pink Floyd's "Comfortably Numb" ( czcams.com/video/JppM_loPIPY/video.html ) also on Profane Existence from the same era and worth your time to check out were State Of The Union you can find their full Discography here ( czcams.com/video/luiSB-8a0gM/video.html ) Great stuff man thanks for uploding.
