- 2018 reissue of the first LP from Canadian industrial group Decree, originally released in 1997 on Decibel and Off Beat Records. Their noisiest and most oppressive album, with fewer of the guitars that characterize the following releases and more of an old-school rhythmic industrial sound. Features two bonus tracks not found on the original CD.
