    Good idea to have the stem in the open position before screwing it back into the valve body. In the video you go from a flat washer to a beveled washer -- did that work better?

    I have replaced the stem and the seat. I still have a little leaking, and not after every use. Would a beveled washer help to achieve a better seal?

    Did you turn main water off? Do you open sink water open somewhere in house?

    Where was the drip? Mine is old like this and drips from the shower head. It's a shower only with separate hot and cold water handles. Help please.
