A quick and simple guide of how to adjust and install the headset of your ENGWE Engine PRO eBike.
The new upgraded ENGWE Engine PRO combines two main features along with several other smaller modifications. In comparison with the EP2-PRO and X the motor of the PRO model is a direct drive hub with no internal gears and no one way clutch, this provides higher top end speed and regenerative braking. The biggest upgrade is the larger capacity battery that has been upped to 16Ah and it now provides a considerable increased range. Some of the extra features that worth mentioning are automated headlight & taillight, daylight readable color LCD display, highly customizable parameters such as assist power, number of power levels, speed limiter, and drive modes such as ECO/Normal/Sport. The bike comes fully equipped with wheel reflectors, full metal folding pedals, very solid rear rack, full hydraulic brakes and full metal mudguards.

My hinge is very tight to remove my battery its a fight to get out but while doing that i noticed play in the stearing colum so when i get home from work from this cold night i will redo it in the manner in which you stated, thanks.
I love my folding handlebars but looking at this, i think it's time to upgrade to BMX bars and a better shock absorber. I have the EP-2 Pro.
The BMX handle bare is a very popular upgrade for this bike

Bonjour. Bonne année 2024. J'ai fait l'acquisition du engwe pro et apparemment même en serrant les vis . Un jeu apparaît toujours. Que faire et en pensez. Y a t-il une autre solution autre que ce sytem.

Hi there. I have the engine x. Is it the same setup as the pro? My bearings are gritty when I turn the steering so I think they are worn out. Do you know what size bearings they are and are they the same top and bottom? Thanks.
There were several frame versions made so might not apply to the X

the problem with me is that I accidentally threw away that plastic tube when I assembled the bike. and I don't know if it's from him or not, but the handlebar has a front/back play and I don't know how to cancel it.
please advise what to do or what to buy to solve this impediment.

H there. I have an issue with the forks where they’re are making a clunky noise over bumps like they’re topping out when they’re at full extension. Do you know how I could fix this ?

@@CleveStarke Actually i just noticed that I have a different headset because its ep-2 pro. I did an experiment where I disassembled the headset completely, then I was tossing the bicycle to make this noise , it was still there. So in my case it is coming somewhere from the wheel and other components.
