    Božićni Gluten Free Kuglof s Narančom i Višnjama 🍊🍒
    Moj najdraži božićni kolač koji se peče - tako sočan, ukusan i zdrav
    Pravila sam ga već 2 puta u roku tjedan dana i nestane brzinom munje - svi ga vole 🥰
    Možete ga držati u frižideru i do 5 dana, ali u zatvorenoj posudici tako da se ne osuši
    Ako nemate lješnjake, slobodno koristite bademe, ispati će jednako ukusan 😍

    •SASTOJCI•
    110gr lješnjaka
    40gr badema
    40gr sjemenki lana
    110gr zobenih pahuljica
    Žličica cimeta
    Žličica kardmamoma (nije nužno)
    2 žličice praška za pecivo
    3 žumanjka i jedno jaje (ili 4 cijela jaja)
    3 pune žlice domaćeg meda
    85ml zobenog mlijeka
    1 naranča
    30gr maslinovog ulja
    Datuljin šećer (nije nužno)
    *Cca 100gr višanja
    *2.5 žlice kakaa
    •Preljev•
    Sok cijele naranče
    Džem bez šećera (šljiva ili neki drugi)
    Tamna čokolada
    Maslinovo ulje
    Sjeckani bademi
    U sjeckalici samljeti sve suhe sastojke do teksture brašna i odvojiti u zdjelu. Naranču izmiksati tako da se pretvori u sok. U suhu smjesu dodati sok naranče i preostale mokre sastojke (jaja, med, mlijeko, maslinovo ulje).
    Smjesu malo posuti šećerom od datulja (nije nužno). I dobro je promješati.
    Od dobivene smjese odvojiti 30% smjese sa strane. U tu odvojenu smjesu dodajte višnje i kakao prah (*). Sada imate 2 smjese.
    Nauljiti i pusuti brašnom kalup prije stavljanja smjese tako da se kolač ne zalijepi. Ja sam koristila silikonski kalup jer mi je lako izvaditi kolač. Stavite žlicu jedne pa druge smjese. Zatim stavite peći 40ak minuta na 175 stupnjeva. Kada se ispeklo, ostaviti skroz da se ohladi (ja sam preko noći) zatim izvaditi iz kalupa. Preliti sa sokom od naranče, zatim namazati džemom. Otopiti tamnu čokoladu (85%), malo dodati ulja u nju i preliti preko kolača. Za kraj nasjeckajte bademe i posujte po čokoladnom preljevu. Poslužite odmah ili nakon što se čokolada stegne. Uživajte! 🥰

    If you don't have hazelnuts, feel free to use almonds, they will turn out just as tasty 😍

    •INGREDIENTS•
    110 grams of hazelnuts
    40 grams of almonds
    40 grams of flax seeds
    110 grams of oatmeal
    A teaspoon of cinnamon
    A teaspoon of cardamom (optional)
    2 teaspoons of baking powder
    3 egg yolks and one egg (or 4 whole eggs)
    3 full spoons of homemade honey
    85ml oat milk
    1 orange
    30 grams of olive oil
    Date sugar (optional)
    *Approximately 100 grams of cherries
    *2.5 tablespoons of cocoa
    •Dressing•
    Whole orange juice
    Jam without sugar (plum or other)
    Dark chocolate
    Olive oil
    Chopped almonds
    Grind all the dry ingredients in a food processor to the texture of flour and separate them into a bowl. Blend the orange so that it turns into juice. Add orange juice and remaining wet ingredients (eggs, honey, milk, olive oil) to the dry mixture.
    Sprinkle the mixture with date sugar (optional). And it's good to stir.
    Separate 30% of the mixture from the resulting mixture on the side. Add cherries and cocoa powder (*) to that separate mixture. Now you have 2 mixtures.
    Oil and dust the mold with flour before putting the mixture so that the cake does not stick. I used a silicone mold because it is easy for me to remove the cake. Put a spoonful of one mixture after another. Then put it in the oven for about 40 minutes at 175 degrees. When it's baked, leave it to cool completely (I did it overnight), then take it out of the mold. Pour over with orange juice, then spread with jam. Melt the dark chocolate (85%), add a little oil to it and pour it over the cake. Finally, chop the almonds and sprinkle them over the chocolate topping. Serve immediately or after the chocolate has set. Enjoy! 🥰

    Ovo je predivno,jedino ne bih stavljala jaja,mislim da može banana.Modla je baš interesantna
