When Lewis was whining this race I was just thinking, 'there's a really easy way to stay within track limits, drive slower'. Mercedes knew what they were asking, I was baffled that Lewis didnt understand.

Fast forward 2 weeks after McLaren did good at Silverstone and James Allison gave his resignation letter to all three boards. Someone from the three owners stopped him and after some negotiations they agreed on something. ( PS someone within team told me Aston Martin did make a pretty good offer at that time a record offer )

1 year later we now know that this race was the race James Allison wanted to resign.
Context: Allison took over as TD but Mike Eilliot was now the CTO so James was under his watch. Hamilton and the top track side engineer from Lewis's garage wanted a different rear wing level and the simulation team simply told them are you stupid ( not exact words). Fast forward 2 weeks after McLaren did good at Silverstone and James Allison gave his resignation letter to all three boards. Someone from the three owners stopped him and after some negotiations they agreed on something.
( PS someone within team told me Aston Martin did make a pretty good offer at that time a record offer )

The aero was different sure, but nothing extreme as we see with the 22 regulation, the cars before were mostly dependent on the engine. im pretty sure if newey got to refine the W11, it would be half a second faster still.

@@arifinizz no.everyone else was on the verge of breaking the rules, but no one exceeded the limit except him. The FIA has always given Lewis a break, no one will intentionally punish him alone. The FIA looked at the recordings and saw that the other riders did not have all 4 wheels behind the line.

Only because this video is about Hamilton complaining for an entire race distance doesn't mean that he is the only one doing it. All drivers complain. Verstappen will get aggressive and curse if his car is not doing what he wants or if his team messes up a pit stop without any consideration for his own team. GP knows how to handle his outbursts which makes him the perfect race engineer for Verstappen. Alonso complained strategically and he did it so much that he became a meme.
I don't understand why people always have to use something in order to attack any other group of people. Yes, I understand. Some of you are TeamLH, some of you hate TeamLH. Some of you are Verstappen fans. I am a Ferrari fan since the Schumacher days. But can we stop with this childish, toxic and really primitive tribalism?
