EDC Magic Tin Challenge: How to Fit a Full Magic Set in a Tin

- This video is mainly a fun creative exercise or challenge. These are not necessarily MY actual EDC that I carry every day or even necessary effects that I have worked or performed together in a set. I have, however, played with all of these effects. I just want to see if I could come up with a set of EDC Magic that can all fit into a tin to potentially carry around if I wanted to. These are just some ideas with the stuff that I have in the event that I am in a situation where I want to perform something quick, and I hope this give you some ideas as well.

What other magic could you include in a tin?
Three videos in and you're already becoming my favorite CZcamsr!
Thanks so much, man! Glad I could help. What was it that you liked? :)
@@YinHoweMagic I enjoyed the clarity of your reviews, there was no fluff as in most other reviews, pretty much every information was useful and relatable. In this particular video I liked how much you were able to pack in that tin box and how versatile the props were (including using a folded business card as a prediction, multiple use of various props, etc). Really interesting thought exercise - I never realized that so much performance required such few and small props. The tidbit about the Chinese writing on the coins was very interesting as well.
@@cv5w Thanks you very much for the kind words. Hope to make more videos. :)
Such a great video! Thank you for putting it out there!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it!
What a great and informative magic video! Also, THANK YOU so much for being respectful to the magic community by not revealing the T.T. I see so many professionals just tell everyone what it is and how to use it. I’m old school and believe if you are not a magician you don’t need to know what the props are. Mostly curiosity seekers want to know the secret so they can show off to their friends.
Thank you so much for your comment. Glad you enjoyed it! At least there are some that appreciate this. haha
Oh this is cool!
Thank you.
😆More content coming soon.
Great exercise and fun effects. The translation of the CCC coins is hilarious 😂
Glad you enjoyed the vid.
Yeah... that's what it says 消失硬币. 😆
Love this video. Lots of careful thought has gone into this. Well done!
Glad you liked it! I had fun making this. :)
Wow this is a great video! I will have to take a crack at it myself and make my Tin! Also thank you for your contributions to the EDC Magic group!
Thanks, Dani. A pleasure to be part of the group.
Yeah man, show us what you come up with 😁
Great thought exercise. You possibly could go to a close up gig like that, actually. 👍🏻
Very possible with this + a deck of cards 😆
Great video man! Amazing idea. Nice work putting this together!
Thanks Chris, I had fun making this one. More to come. 😁
Very well done. I perform close up behind the bar and you just provided a wonderful idea for a set using some EDC in a tin box
Great! Altoids tins are common where you're from and I'm sure you can find some nice effects that can fit. Do share what you come up with. 😄
I always add magnets so u can attach something on the outside like hiding something on the bottom for switching or if i have the tin in my jacket I can use it as a magnetic holdout t9o!
That's a really good idea!
Thanks for this Yin Howe! For the TCC coins you recommend for CCC, what does the English translation say on them?
Shunzhi Tongbao (順治通寶). Don't think there is a literal translation, just called ShunZhi Coins. ShunZhi was a Chinese Emperor. The coins are apparently replica of actual ancient coins.

Disclaimer: I don't have the TCC brass coins... YET. :)
Great video!
If I may ask, where did you get that endless chain?
I got the chain from a shop that sold craft/costume jewelry. They came in a spool and was sold by the meter. I then used pliers to join it into a loop.
So you made it endless by yourself. I'll try to do that myself. Thank you very much.
Yeah, I joined it myself. :)
I like your tin better
Vs an Altoids tin?
yeah , I like the thinner box.
