We are the lost daughters and sons of Mother Africa and I fully believe that our HEALING can best happen on AFRICAN SOIL. I've already begun downsizing and selling off all but my work equipment and sentimental belongings to prepare for my future move to Africa. I don't have any idea yet exactly how or when... but I feel God stirring my spirit to go home. We have traced my mothers heritage to West Africa, but don't yet know the tribe. With each video my desire to reside in Africa becomes stronger. I have given myself a 2yr timeline to do whatever is necessary to make it happen. I hope to make my first trip to Ghana in Sept 2020. My SOUL longs to go HOME.

Very true. I took control of my own story and I've been telling them, the Africa I grew up in is not the Africa you see on TV. I remind them that my upbringing was far more privileged than theirs. Africans, we might not agree on many things but let's agree to sell the real story of Africa that isn't Aids, Poverty and war!

They also know and understand the suffering, pain and struggle of their brothers and sisters living in the Americas. They have not only been able to fill in the gaps about our enslavement but have with great devotion and passion, sought to bring about reconciliation with our brothers and sisters in the Motherland. Furthermore, to stay true to their purpose and mission, I was given an Akan name and adopted by a Ghanaian King. So now I am a part of his lineage. I guess you could say I have been grafted in.
