When using Method 1, I get an error message saying "The system cannot find the path specified." when I type in the command "cd windows". (I've made sure I set to C drive) Though I definitely have the windows and system 32 folders in my C drive. Have you guys encountered this before?

Cmd is not open by clicking accessibility icon
You can type cmd in he Search box next to the Start icon, hit "Enter" to launch the Command Prompt.

When writing control userpasswords2, and go to the reset password menu it says i cant change password
You can try the second method shared in this video, using EaseUS Partition Master to create a bootable disk and then reset the password there.
Does method 2 work on Windows 10 or any earlier version of Windows?
Of course, method 2 applies to all versions of Windows.

Yes, you can use EaseUS Partition Master to create a bootable disk and use it on the same computer for resetting your Windows password.
The instructions in the description to revert back to the accessibility menu are not working for me. What do I do to revert back to it?

use the command3 in the description, enter it in to the command prompt in the recovery mode
