Disclaimer : We receive a ton of emails and messages from people telling us we filmed them at the ramp this past weekend and they want to know when the video will air. This is not a question we can typically answer. We film from three or more ramps every week and have a massive back log of content and sometime it could be weeks or months after an event occurs before we air the video. We put stuff out as fast as we can but we only air three videos a week and in a typical weekend get 6-10 episodes worth of content meaning we get content faster then we can air it. Thanks for watching and just be sure to keep watching looking for your content it will air but probably not immediately after it happens!

I am friends with the female game warden in my area. It was her soul purpose in life was to write tickets to the jet skiers. The later in the day it got the faster she would write them up. She wasn’t a mean lady but strictly by the book.
non boater, here... I am assuming the jet ski's don't have proper running lights? therefore the tickets after dark?
I don't know if jet ski's have lights or not. But there should have a bounty on them. Running or not.😅

One of my jobs as a captain is giving instruction to new boat owners and owner that need lessons for insurance purposes. Watching these vids is pretty painful yet entertaining, LOL!
Is it mandatory at Miami boat ramps to make sure you are drinking before attempting to dock a boat.

I have to say to me this seems like a super busy dock and I am glad to not have to boat there.
It's been a lot worse.
I'm always amazed at the term "Captain". Yes, they are at the helm, and in control of the boat, so to speak... I remember our family having to take a boating safety class back in the early 80's when I was just a teenager and we got an 18' Fiberform ski boat. Pretty cool boat at the time.. 305 Chevy V8, 4bbl, 230 hp OMC outdrive (that kinda sucked...) Anyway, had to pass the test and carry the card to drive the boat if pulled over (we did a couple of times during our time with that boat). Mom, Dad and I got ours... Never did any of the DA stuff these guys you show do.. ha, ha...
Anyway, I haven't "captained" a boat for some 40 years now, but it sure was fun back then and could dock, load, unload our boat as a 16 year old punk kid! :)
That's the best. It was a confidence booster for me as a teenager to learn to "Captain "

On that blue and white Intrepid (beginning of video), are those old twin Mercs (black cowlings)? I don't think I've ever seen motors without the manufacturer's name, or at least a logo, on them!

I bought a boat and was handed the keys. I paid a qualified captain for lessons, very well worth the money!

Just goes to show how flimsily these disco boats are built. All glitz and glam. If I bought a boat that was so poorly built the bow rail was destroyed by a gentle tap of the dock I would get rid of it immediately.

Also I have said this many times, please use a single continuous line tied at the bow and stern on your boat, you have far more control over boat.

Anyone explain why are the jet skis getting tickets? Is there a curfew?
Not sure about the US but in other countries its usually that PWC's have curfews in busy shipping zones due to lack of navigation lights and being very easy to run down

I had my heart in my mouth with these boats and skippers. Surely they practice coming into a boat ramp on quite days, NO.
But could you also put on your site someone doing it right. Because most skippers and crew here don't have a clue what they are doing.
