Easy 200 each plus an extra 25 each in weaves!!! No wonder it tipped over!
The dude is an easy 290, the female in red shorts is around 240. The 2023 Yamaha VX Cruiser (this model they're riding) has a rider capacity of 529.... that includes all gear etc. Sure, 1-3 people, but they must be under 529.... as you can see, they're already over that capacity.... add another 200 pound woman, and they're WAY over.

On our machine even if it’s rated for 3 people the weight capacity is 450lbs so that’s an average of 150lbs each. Don’t know the specs on that machine but clearly exceeded
This looks like a newer VX Cruiser with has a 550 pound capacity. Still far overweight. My VX is rock stable with just me and my daughter ~280# total, but definitely feels more unstable when we get it up over 400#. Still never rolled it.
This ski was overloaded with just the first two on it. The rear was already under water.
Two cabooses filled that yellow seat. No room for a third.

well, there is none by law, at least, criminal law. Unless you stall shipping by going under in a busy shipping lane because you go forget there is also laws of nature. They tend to kick in when you go over the maximum weight capacity of the ski.
There is, but nobody reads the manual. I didn't check all of them, but last time I looked, the Yamahas and Kawis were 500 and the Seadoos were 600. The Yamaha VX is kind of their mid-line. I'd be shocked if the limit was over 500.

I can't tell if it's a seadoo but i'm sure they are all the same, when you get below half a tank of gas they get really top heavy and a 1/4 tank they get very top heavy, I used to top it off at half just to keep it stable
