I'm glad this was played. Because recently I had to correct myself. I posted on a different platform that Dr. Justin Bass said that sheol/hades was the same as hell , he did not. He said they are different. My apologies.
The imagery of a lake of fire is drawn from Daniel 7, where the beast is slain and annihilated, not suffering forever. The smoke from Babylon rises “forever and ever” (I.e. on and on or continually) in Rev 19:3 but Rev 18:21 clarifies that Babylon will be found no more I.e. annihilated

Revelation : “ a lake of fire” many scripture verses about refining by fire. But you state “I think it is only symbolism”.
Well you can think all you want but until you have solid scriptural evidence to back this up you shouldn’t be putting this on a social media platform . Seriously taking to much liberty with scripture based on your thoughts or feelings.
Can you demonstrate that it’s literal? Jesus said “I am the door” was that literal?

Another person that worked alongside of Michael Heiser maybe, but anybody that was really a friend wouldn't be using him as a springboard to create stories that are completely contrary to what Michael taught, an your taking what Michael Heiser started and you're changing it, I'm praying that GOD would stop you in your tracks, and give you a chance to repent.
