Very cool. Thank you Dr. Bass. The dinner allusions to the great marriage supper of the Lamb are yet another meta-narrative that fills up the picture of what Jesus has both done for us and what is "as good as done." The already-but-not-yet, as Saint Mike used to say. ;)

For someone who struggles with "the Church" and the preaching at people INSTEAD of just teaching what the Hebrew and Greek says I hope and pray that you carry that forward in the same way of Dr. Heisers teaching and not preaching.
