@@PhillipSkraba my only issue is I'm in Spain and they are not available here yet and if I buy from the U.S there's duty fees, which makes it much more expensive. Hopefully they will have some on Amazon Europe soon.
@whatsnottohike I think at the price of these products you won’t hit the duty tax, so it should be fine.

Excellent vid buddy - nice and simple and to the point (although I think you may have missed a 'TWSS' moment at one point 😉🤣, but realise that probably not in keeping with your style which is ok by me - some of us stoop to that level 🤣🤣) Been using the pocket 3 for my vids since it came out and love it, but didn't realise some of these products were out there so will defo be buying the magnetic adaptor and stand. These are seriously nice accessories, unfortunately, we have very limited access to them in India. Thank you for the video, it infact helped me think whether I should get the original expansion adapter from DJI or go for the Sunny life... so for me, I will buy the Sunnylife. Cheers mate.

I bought the magnetic adapter based on your previous review. I never thought of attaching it directly to a backpack strap, thanks for the tip! Next up will be a gimbal cover.
I love it, it's such a great Pocket 3 accessory! Yes, you can attach it straight to your backpack if it has a horizontal strap, really great! The gimbal cover is excellent, works great with the magnetic mount.
The video got out of focus when you put the ND filter on. The camera protector is cool though.
I don't have a pocket 3, and I want to get some of those cool accessories! Lol Greg

Loved your video. I think you convinced me in buying the DJI osmo pocket 3 because of the accessories. I was really concerned about protecting the camera while traveling. Please could you recommend a tripod to buy for the camera? I will be traveling solo and I would like to attach a good tripod to be able to video myself on the trips.
Thank You, yes, with the case it's safe and very practical! I actually use the magnetic mount as a tripod, works great for me and it means I don't have to carry anything else with me when travelling.

For vlogging the Ace Pro, it’s much, much more practical and faster.

Does the ND filters interfere when you shut the camera off. Do you have to take it off first and then shut it off ? or does it close up fine? Bc some other CZcamsr closed the shut the camera off with the wide angle lense it came with and it got stuck
The filters need to be taken off to close the gimbal, you can close it manually and it will close with them off, but yes, it'll become stuck and you need to push the filter out if that happens, so I recommend taking them off.
Can I keep a lens filter on while using the hard gimble and screen cover though?
Not whilst using the gimbal cover, unless you found a really thin filter that stays on whilst closing the gimbal.

Are the filters thin enough to stay on the camera when it is powered off and stored in the case? Some other's I've seen are too thick and won't allow the gimbal to rotate to it's powered off position.
I’m afraid they’re a little too thick to close with the gimbal off.

It's possible, no idea, never tried Neewer filters, expect for drone filters and they weren't up to quality for what I needed, some odd tints.

Sure, a couple of these have 1/4 20" on them and cold shoes.

Have you ever accidentally turned on the OP3 with the gimball protector on? I'm wondering if anything can happen if you do it so.
I did once, but the gimbal just stopped until I reset it, didn't seem like a problem.
Do you have issue with the protection glass on thé caméra when you add a filter on it. I have this irrisation issue. Perhaps with this type of protection is it ok ? Did you test it ? Merci 🙏
Mine work ok, but yes, there is no longer a lip for the filter to sit in, so it's possible it could slide around if you're not careful.
CAN the camera be switched off with the filter lens attached? or would it need to be removed?

Hi Philip, regarding the lens screen protector,does it interfere with image quality. I remember seeing someone say they wouldn't use the protector on the lens for that reason. I haven't put it on mine,but if you recommend it then i probably will.
I've been using it for a couple of days, and honestly I haven't noticed a difference at all 😂 Now I just have that little bit extra protection.

Also, when the silicone case is fitted does it still fit in the magnetic stand/ holder. I had one from aMagisn and it doesn't fit in it.
Yes, I've been able to fit the silicone case on, but to be honest I use the hard case much more, it's so easy to snap on and so fast to take on and off, it just makes vlogging much much faster.
Hiya, great vid. What happens if you accidentally turn the Pocket 3 on whilst the gimbal covers are in place ? Can you damage the motors ?
No, just like any gimbal, they have a safety override and turn themselves off, nothing to worry about at all. It's when the gimbal takes a hit, that's when you should be worried.

I want to be able to grab it out of my pocket, and pretty much use it the same way that I do with the 360x3
@@PhillipSkraba I had mine on a tripod doing a timelapse, and it blew over in the wind, and bounced down ten concrete steps going down to the sea. The wide angle lense flew off, and I had to kick it to stop it going into the North Sea. I was pretty sure that it would be trashed, but it actually survived, and has been fine for two months since I did that lol.
It has a few scuffs and scratches, but still works ok.

Czesc! Niestety tak jak z kazdym filtrem, jest za malo miejsca za obiektywem, miezy gimbalem, zeby zmiescil sie filtr. Oslona twarda, mega, uwielbiam ja!
szkoda bo to pewnie dobre filtry. Ja kupiłem K&F variable 6-9 jest cienki i gimbal zamyka się w pełni. i wtedy magnetyczny uchwyt i plastikowa osłona robią wszystko. pozdrawiam i dzięki za kolejny dajny materiał :) co prawda ciągle powtarzasz "no bells... "ale ode mnie masz :) @@PhillipSkraba
haha, no bells, no bells. No te filtry wejda, ale jak manualnie zamkne gimbal, wiec pewnie lepiej tak nie robic. Oslonke bardzo polecam, filtry tez sa super, ogolnie wszystko co SunnyLife robi to super ciekawe.
The lens protector doesn’t make the wide angle magnetic lens fit well
Really? Mine works fine, maybe not as solid as without the protector, but seems fine. The protector basically makes the lip flat, that's why it might feel a little less stuck in there.

I'm guessing the lack of the lip and smooth protector surface means it does seem a little less secure, yes. The good thing is, it's pretty easy to take off and put back on if you really need to. As for the wide angle lens, I try to not use it, I just can't stand the distortion, I hope some 3rd party makes one that is much cleaner and doesn't make it look like a GoPro.
Might be a more informative video, if you hadn't decided to present black accessories for a black camera, whilst coping with a background of your BLACK shirt! Perhaps SunnyLife could have sent you a light-coloured t-shirt to help with your review!
Hi Dave, I think it was pretty clear. Filmmaking gear should be black, as should your clothes be. I set an example for folk who like white gimbals.
Silicone covers for anything are annoying to place in and remove from pockets. The hard cover is interesting though.
I really like the hard cover, it's by far my favourite to be honest.
@@PhillipSkraba Absolutely! Personally, I have a hardcase that I have everything packed into for traveling that holds the stock case, my Action 2 and a bunch of accessories. I'm gonna order this hard cover and see if it fits. I'll miss the filter storage though... Hmmm...

Why is the chest/shoulder mount so stupid with a screen facing the outside? It's so dumb.
I wouldnt recommend these nd filters… I used them and now I have weird artifacts in the corners of my vids. Spend some more money and buy the high grade ones…dont cheap out like I did. You will regret it

Order directly from DJI. I got mine in about a week and a half. Amazon would have took me two weeks longer, Best Buy out, everywhere else backstocked. Order direct.
@@TonyBlount That idea sounds good, but, dji dose not ship to bad neighborhoods, and i am currently in a bad country so dji and B&H and others will not ship to the bad country that i am currently in.
