Charles Jay Hammer played Max Dekker then he spent 15 Years on Guiding Light as Reporter/Newspaper Owner Fletcher Reade 1985-2000. Also look at Grant Aleksander who played DJ Phillips who would later play Phillip Spaulding Two on Guiding Light as well as Alec McIntyre on All My Children.
Bring back Brenda Dickson! The show is swirling around the toilet, for Pete's sake. If the real Jill were to return to Genoa City, she would bring back the drama, the glamour, and the fun. Fans who haven't watched in years would tune in.

Of course the irony here is that David went on to pursue Nina to get his hands on Jill's son's fortune and he was prepared to kill both Nina and Jill's grandson to do it. I wonder if Jill ever regrets hiring David as her secretary. And it also can be argued that this is the pivotal scene where Jill is the one who plants the seed in David's mind to swindle women of their money.
Remember in this scene here already David had already killed a woman in Jamacia then came to Genoa City under the name David Kimball. He was really Tom Harper. They showed a flash back so really he was already bad guy here but they later showed his true colors. I think he was after Jill money here.

this was the best Jill Abbott they ever had if she would have came back before Miss Chancellor passed away Miss Chancellor probably would have killed her because she wanted everything Miss Chancellor had wasn't her mother the maid but this was truly The Young and the Restless back then and what happened to the actor in this scene that jill was talking to he was gorgeous in the 80s he was awesomely gorgeous I know he was on a lot of different shows and I think he went to One Life to Live or one of those but he was fantastic I miss those days this gel brought conniving scheming adultery sexy every damn thing to the show it was really a soap back then now everything's watered down New Wave it's getting dull on The Young and the Restless need something to step it up

Back when Y and R was at its best.. I stopped watching around 2006 because I didn't like the plot lines and the show seemed to want to cater to a younger crowd, there was an influx of younger characters, not that theres anything wrong with that, but the glamour and fun of the old days was gone to me.. it wasn't even the same show anymore..
