I don't know many 56-year-olds who can even reach that high, let alone hold a note. Morten is a great singer.
Arjav Rawal it's a falsetto, so it's not like too incredibly difficult, his natural range is very high so, it's even easier for him to do it.
Tho, when he does it, it's iconic.

@@DJKHOTTA falsetto is different but it IS harder as you age, even a decade! Not many artists maintain this ability!
Respect to Kygo for not butchering the instrumentation for a remix, instead opting for a whole different feel with the tropical house twist. Gives the song new life, and kudos to A-ha for being great sports.

Being from Norway, I'm sure a-ha was a huge musical influence for Kygo, especially since they are the kings of modern day pop/rock/alternative music for Norway. It's really cool to see the two generations come together! Also, it had to be fun for Paul, Morten, and Mags to work with him and to see how their music has inspired him. I also think it's really cool that Kygo is the same age now that a-ha was when they were at the height of their popularity in the '80s, and that Mags and Morten both have kids that are the same age as Kygo.

It's the same with women: Kim Basinger, Andi McDowell, Sophie Marceau, Carole Bouquet....still great looking - probably without major surgery. You can't put on too much weight though. Six to eight pounds iron out mini wrinkles. More fat ruins everything.

One thing I like about Kygo is that he doesn't use too many electronic effects in his sound and keeps a simple yet enjoyable tune to his songs........and that original Take On Me tune entry at the end was🔥

Take on Me is a masterpiece of contemporary music so...it's not strange the (almost)covers are so great like this but of course no one compares at the original song. A-ha 4 ever!!!!

I get a few people laughing when I say I'm am A-HA fan. But there's no denying thier talent and Morten's vocals are still amazing. They still sound amazing and a million times better than a lot of new acts. Just listen to Stay on these roads that they did at this concert.

I would've died if they hadn't done that keyboard part at 2:42, that's the trademark of this legendary song.
That was a great version of an old classic and I was impressed by Morten's voice with it's clarity and high notes.

Morten Harket is the most underrated singer ever. I was in a concert of a-ha with 12, it was the East of the Sun, West of the moon album tour (btw, most underrated album also :-)). It was incredible. To hear his voice hasn't changed at all makes me so happy.

The real talent on that stage is that high note. Still can't believe anyone can hit that with such poise.
It is extremely unnatural that Morten hides his mouth and face each time on that high note. Very suspicious that this note is digitally recorded onto an internal hard drive on the Keyboard....then right on cue triggered by the keyboard player. Easy to do. Otherwise you would expect Morten to really showcase that big "money note" each time!!
I have loved a-ha since I first heard this song back in 1985! The video is one of the greatest music videos of all time when video and MTV were in their infancy! I was so blessed to see them in concert in Oslo, Norway in 2016! I nearly wept with joy when I saw them! Jeg elsker deg, Morten, Mags, and Pal!
