I Can't Believe Joe Biden's Response To Sacramento Mass Shooting

  • Sacramento Mass Shooting
    uscca.com/colionnoir
This shooting took place in Sacramento, California.
In California, they have banned high-capacity magazines, they’ve restricted so-called assault weapons, and you have to pass a background check on every gun purchase and ammunition.
You can’t have ammo or ghost gun parts shipped directly to your home.
Sacramento, by way of being in California, has every gun control measure that Joe Biden mentioned.
This is pure and utter stupidity.
He’s proving the point we’ve been making for years; gun control does not work.
I think this was a gang shooting, not a mass shooting. Yes, there is a difference. A mass shooting insinuates that you randomly have one or more people trying to kill as many innocent people as possible.
I think this was one gang or gang member shooting at another gang or gang member where many innocent people were caught in the crossfire.
Now, The reason why this distinction matter is because the phrase mass shooting has now become a political call to action.
The phrase mass shooting is literally bat symbol to all the anti-gun groups and politicians to come in a push for gun control.
Which is exactly what Joe Biden did in a statement put out by the White House not even 24 hours after the shooting:
“But we must do more than mourn; we must act. That is why my Administration has taken historic executive action to implement my comprehensive gun crime reduction strategy - from standing up gun trafficking strike forces to helping cities across the country expand community violence interventions and hire more police officers for community policing.
We also continue to call on Congress to act. Ban ghost guns. Require background checks for all gun sales. Ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. Repeal gun manufacturers’ immunity from liability. Pass my budget proposal, which would give cities more of the funding they need to fund the police and fund the crime prevention and intervention strategies that can make our cities safer. These are just a few of the steps Congress urgently needs to take to save lives.”

One of the suspects is a convicted felon prohibited from possessing firearms, was released from prison early, obtained an illegal auto sear, yet somehow this is the gun's fault and we need more "common sense gun control'? CA already has an AWB, a standard capacity magazine ban, a handgun roster, background checks on all firearms and ammunition purchases, and a 10 day waiting period! CA is consistently ranked #1 by Giffords in terms of "gun safety". How about we start holding criminals, lenient judges, parole boards, and prosecutors accountable for their actions for releasing this pile of human trash back into society? No, that would be too simple. FJB!

A parole board recommending parole means nothing, because the governor has to say yes to every single parole request. To his credit Newsom has actually stopped some parole request, which may be the only good thing he has done while in office. For example, in 1972 all death row inmates got off of death row and were given life sentences, and not one of those ex death row inmates has ever gotten released on parole. Only two have ever been granted parole, and Newsom said no to both. The first ex death row inmate granted parole was Leslie Van Houten who was one of the Manson murderers, but Newsom said no, so she is never getting out. The second ex death row inmate granted parole was Sirhan Sirhan, which is the man the killed Robert Kennedy, but Newsom also said no to his parole request. Even someone as crazy as Newsom knows better than to grant parole to certain people. The parole boards lately in California have tried to get cute ad start granting parole to people like Sirhan Sirhan, and to his credit Newsom said no. Not even sure how the parole board thought granting parole to the killer of Robert Kennedy would work, but I am pretty sure they were just trying to make some kind of political statement, but it did not work. Newsom has actually stopped a lot of releases for people granted parole. When a parole board recommends parole, it does not mean the person is getting out, it means if the governor say yes to the request they can be released on parole. So basically if someone goes in front of the parole board, and they vote to grant parole, they set a date for release, but that release only happens if the governor says yes to the request. It does not mean you are getting released just because the parole board said you were granted parole. It is basically like the board is saying you can get released on parole, but only if the governor says yes. Newsom has rejected a lot of parole request, just look it up.

I am from Sacramento and when I first hears of the incident the term "mass shooting" made me think the situation was different. However to hear that it was multiple shooters firing at eachother then that changes things. Also I may live in the Sacramento area but I am very pro 2a. Also regardless of what type of shooting it was it doesn't necessarily change my view. It's crazy how quick people try to go after law abiding citizens when a gang who wasn't following any laws was the cause of the incident. This means that no matter how many laws they add the accessibility to firearms doesn't change for them, but changes heavily for people who want to do it legally. Im sure background checks and heavier restrictions are going to work on the people that avoid that most (sarcasm). F Joe Biden.

One testimonial I'll never forget, there was a woman in a restaurant with her father when a mentally deranged person with a gun came in and started shooting everyone. She instinctively reached into her purse for her pistol only to discover that because the restaurant had a sign prohibiting guns inside the restaurant she didn't have her gun with her. Her father got up to try to stop this madman and was shot dead. I agree. Gun laws don't work, and these signs that prevent lawful citizens from carrying their firearms inside only help the criminals because they don't pay any attention to those signs at all! Those signs might as well read, "soft target, unarmed law-abiding citizens inside!"

There were NO school or mass shootings in those days, actually I don't remember any shootings at all. Great content. Enjoyed your debate with Rosenthal. As a gun guy it always leaves me feeling a little sick when I hear someone claiming to enjoy the freedom of owning guns then use that as a means to justify their obvious desire to strip those same rights from others. His knowledge of the AR-15 556/223 round left me dumbfounded. The whole reason our military chose the 556 round was because soldiers could carry more ammo, and it had a greater possibility of not fatally wounding an enemy. Their (the military) reasoning was one wounded soldier would require assistance thus taking two to three men out of the fight. Rosenthal was either way misinformed on the 556/223 round or he was intentionally being misleading for he spoke of the 556 round as if it were a 50 BMG. 556/223 is most effective on small to medium size game. If his desire is truly to reduce gun violence then he should focus his battles on attacking violent movies, video games, and media that glorifies senseless killing and murder. I came from the generation of good guys and bad guys. The good guys lived by a code and only killed as a last resort to save lives. The bad guys terrorized, robbed and had no moral code. I have in my life time personally seen the switch from kids wanting to be good guys like cowboys or policemen to kids wanting to be the bad guys such as gangsters and assassins. Of course that fight would be an infringement on someone’s rights to free speech. Someone being big tech and big media. That’s probably why no one in media is willing to touch this issue. I mean, what are a few thousand lives lost each year of people who were victimized and murdered due to someone who was influenced by the content of those same violent games or movies compared to the huge profits those organizations grossed. There is talk of victims soon being able to sue gun manufacturers if their product was used in a crime. So should it be true that those same victims should be able to sue big tech and media for they have had an equal hand in influencing those terrible acts. Sadly, what will it take to finally convince everyone that assault is an act not a weapon. Assault is defined as “To make physical attack on.” Truly, there is no such thing as an assault weapon, but there are weapons (guns, knives, cars, places, rocks) that someone can use to commit assault upon another. Anyway, I enjoy watching your content and thanks for fighting the good fight.
