I am from Russia, and I have begun to live a much better life, the sanctions have helped to open new jobs with very good salaries. We have a saying among our people: "If there were no happiness, misfortune would help".

Ukraine has 20m people left in their country as many have fled. The ones who couldnt flee are the heavily sick, the disabled, the elderly and women. So their 20m people will disproportionately be made up of people who cannot fight.
In a normal scenario a country has roughly 50% men 50% women. Ukraine now is likely 35% men 65% women. That puts their population of men only at 7m.
Now from that 7m subtract everyone below age 28, and subtract everyone above age 65. That leaves Ukraine with rouphly 3.5m men. Now subtract all the very sick and disabled men which there will be a disproportionately large number of because they couldnt flee the country. Now subtract all those hiding and those who pay off the government to not be conscripted.
Now remember, many from the 28-65 age group also need to stay behind to keep the economy going.
Ukraine realistically had 2m potential soldiers at its disposal.
Russia knew this. Why do you think Russia went the attrition rout? It is safer for Russia, and Ukraine is guaranteed to run out of men. This is what they meant when they said their goal is to de-militarize Ukraine.
People think Russia stopped progressing because Ukraine was holding them back. No. They wernt progressing because they are trying to wipe out all of Ukraines military on land that makes it easy for them to do so. They want this so that this conflict would never happen again.
This is the truth.

No Putin put all the captured American tanks on display and it was a big news event. The Ukrainians didn't do that with captured Russian tanks. 500 tanks which were used immediately or repaired to use instead of putting them on display for propaganda. I saw three things about why Ukraine struggle defense strategy and lack communication?
1. Zelensky have no awareness about own abilities and Ukraine military have same old strength can't compete against Russia.
2. Ukraine defense also bigger exposed themselves without real commander after zelensky replaced him. That big mistake for him.
3. Ukraine shouldn't hide own losing numbers of troops .
