AJ and his team are following their own path. Wilder is a big risk for AJ at this time. Wilder avoided anyone with a pulse for years and only recently wants to fight AJ now he looks vulnerable. Why should AJ follow Wilders demands now, especially after Wilder was all meek next to AJ and only finds his voice when he’s an ocean away. I’d rather see AJ v Fury. But it looks like AJ and team are going after the IBF to become 3 time champ. That’s fair enough. Once he has achieved that I hope AJ faces Fury and Wilder and retires.

Impressive but there's a reason most boxers don't do these exercises. Boxing is about hand speed and boxing IQ.
