Great video Paiste.. It was nice seeing you and your wife again..👍🏼 Snows just around the corner.. ❄❄
It was nice seeing you too. I hope this seasons weather is as good as we thought it would be just a month ago. I guess we'll have to wait and see. Think snow!!!
Great to see vids again
Thanks for watching.
Vendor attendance is down which then affects customer attendance. NY State and/or Syracuse needs to change their ways if they want this show to continue. I wish I could make the Toronto show. Looking forward to seeing your video of it. I hope you get to talk to John Sherrard of Accelerated Technologies!!
I agree. I noticed a steady decline at our Rochester show over the years and then when our venue pulled out on us and 2 snowmobile dealers were out we stopped doing the show. The last one was in 2018.
I'll try to make it a point to talk to John at the show.
Thanks for watching 998Montana !
Nice showing of Big East. You mentioned about the Ski-Doo Renegade being only 4 stroke. That is true except for the Enduro package. They let you choose 2 stroke or 4 stroke engine options.
Thanks david. Ok. I didn't remember about the Enduro exception. Thanks for watching.
I wish more people would show the Lynx more… skidoo is skidoo been around for years same chassis lol. Would love to see more about the newer Lynx and that rear suspension.
Yeah. I'm not too into the Lynx only because they don't fit my riding style as much. They are great sleds though.
@@Paisteboy I get it but if your at the event show everything lol.. no one rides arctic cat but a ton of people cover them lol. 😂

I'll try to get some better footage off the Lynx sleds at the Toronto show this coming weekend.
@@Paisteboy that would be great thank you. I have a 2024 xterrain 850re on order so can’t wait for it to come in. 🍻
OK. Good to know. I'll see what I can find out.
Good video Paiste. That new arctic cat gauge looks very nice. I’m a Polaris guy but it’s good to see them back in the game. I agree about skidoo gauge, the fact you need your phone tethered for GPS is silly. Most areas I ride up in northern Ontario barely have cell service. The Polaris 7s is stunning and works very well and is very user friendly.
Thanks. I agree. I won't buy my next new Ski-Doo until they get the display to have a built in GPS, no phone required. I do like the Polaris 7s display very much but it looks like Arctic Cat really hit a home run with the new display for 2025.
Thanks for watching.
Another great video pastie, how did the turn out seem to be at this years show? We didn’t have a chance to go this time. Are you and the boys getting ready for this season?!
Thanks, adam. The turn out does appear to be getting less and less every year. They had far fewer vendors this year as well.
I am getting ready for the season and can't wait for it to begin!
Paisteboy, nice video, but I got nauseous with all the left and right so fast.
Sorry about that. I tried using stabilization software on post but it ruined the quality of the footage so I used the raw footage. It was supposed to be B roll but it ended up being most of the video.
Thanks for watching.
Did you have some type of VIP early admittance ? Did not seem very busy.
Not quite. I was one of the first people to enter and I figured it was the best time to record. It wasn't as it was in the past but wasn't too bad. I recorded again late in the day for the same reason.
Thanks for watching.
Are you going to the Toronto show?
I am going to to the Toronto show again this year but with my wife only. I will meet up with a few other CZcamsrs once I get there. It won't my normal crew though.
Thanks for watching Steve.
I can't believe all the whining about the gauge, I have logged 10,000's of miles since 1985 with no gps and no cell phones. Very seldom got lost and always got to where we were going. Noadays it seems a person can't go to the corner store without there gps or cell phone!! Problem is the new generation can't read nor read a trail map. Sad world out there now!!
I hear what you are saying but people are paying too dollar for technology and bells and whistles so they are expecting it to be fully functional. I didn't use my GPS once last season but it was there if I needed it. I had a Gamin 650 GPS on my last sled and used it occasionally. If someone likes technology on their sled it can be a huge convenience and time saver. I've ridden most of my life without one but like having the option.
Thanks for the comment and for watching.
Yea technology is wonderful when it's new and it's working and under warranty. When someone buys the sled in the used market and the big display whether it's Doo Poo or Cat fails and they will fail the poor sucker will have to dish out another $2500.00-$4000.00 to replace it or just stare at a black screen. Buyer beware.
Pretty soon you will have to buy an old sled to avoid the tech displays.
Are you finally going to trade for a Polaris. Lol🤣
Yes
Wow place is dead..
I was one of the first ones to walk in so I figured it was a great time to get my footage.
Ah makes sense.. I wish Toronto was like that
👍. Maybe we'll see you in Toronto.
