We split crews and the video is TRASH! 😤

- Join the concrete crew and the excavation crew as we pour one patio and remove a large driveway on a different job. We split crews for a while and it worked out perfectly. The only problem I had is that my head cam footage was LOST! Oh well, life goes on and another job is right around the corner just like Tino. Enjoy

19 min is like 5 seconds when watching victory. The videos have to be minimum an hour😭😭😂

You obviously don't listen.

@@thejoke2791don’t listen what? I know the video is short and I know the reason why. Did you not read my comment?
I totally Agree !!
Okay I would like to see you run a dozen man crew and be a dad and be a owner of a business then you will understand the struggle
The timelapse and voiceover is a chill vibe. When life gives you a lemon SD card, you still make lemonade.
Nice job Eric, Ray, and Pat. Proving to Ryan, he can split up the crew and count on yall to get the job done and do it correctly! Keep it up and Ryan will see that eaaasy moneey!
Fair play to Eric here, done a mega job!!
Appreciate you still putting a video out even though you lost the content. You try not to let us down. Good work
My uncle would pour that patio with 2 people lol. Personally 4 is perfect

I know that was like a proud papa moment being able to send Eric on his own to that job. He did a really good job, and I'm very proud of him as I know you probably are too!! Good job Eric!!
There is quite a bit of serious no nonsense Ryan in Eric when Eric is team chief. Great job Eric. 👍 Loved the water bed action by Pat and Big Ray. 😄
We are spoiled by Ryan's productions. Im not paying to watch YT, so I appreciate all the work that goes into even shorter vids. Thank-you Tomich family.

Your time is priceless. You’re giving your time to watch. So you are paying and CZcams and Ryan is making money by you watching.

VERY important thing thats shown in the video there. Always double check and confirm the adress before doing any work
Have you seen the video where the 2 younger guys start a job building a deck and tear the whole old deck off before they found out they went to the wrong house? 😂
@@Add-x3 yes I did see that 🤣
It happens a lot when you do this type of work.
We actually built a complete enclosed mall here in 1988, on recovered swamp land, when the concrete was being poured inside the building, there would be 10-12 mixers lined up inside, waiting to discharge. If any water was visible on the top of the ground inside there you could see it vibrating 100’ away from the trucks and work being done. And this was after fill and compaction. It stands to this day, amazingly. Gave whole new meaning to the term floating slab! LOL 😂 And by the way, sharpen those pencils by rubbing them on a piece of cinder block, you won’t waste all that much like you do with a knife. 👍
AMAZING that it has "held up" ...... 👍👍👍👍
@@esousa486 You are right about that, they’re actually in the process of doing a total remodel on it right now, going to be very expensive housing. There is a very large chip manufacturing plant being built here, so every available piece of property is being bought up and redone.
I lived in Louisiana for a while and worked at a recycling yard and you could feel any equipment within a couple hundred yards of you vibrating the ground.
Sounds like where i was born at and still live at here in Dalton GA but the same exact thing that you just wrote was done here around the same time as well like everything you said is the way this was back then right before it was poured and during lol oh even the land being swamp land before lol
@@paulrivers7248 Well Paul, this is a bit north of your location, in NYS, but I’m amazed every time I think about how bad this site was, and it’s still standing. They built a mega mall a few years after this one, on similar ground, it’s still standing as well, but sinking, it’s about 20 miles from the first mall. I never understood the reasoning, when there was so many good sites available back then. Probably cheaper initial real estate cost.
i am glad you did a voice over Thanks for doing that and thank you for all the time you put into your videos and sharing them with us keep up the hard work
Tell Eric & Ray that hydrolic connections come off and go together better when the machine is turned off.... lol not joking
And some come with a pressure release valve next to the connections
If they are hard, turn the ignition off and then on without starting the engine, and unlock the hydraulics to release the built up pressure. There also might be pressure built up in the attachment, so ensure the breaker or auger isn't mashed into the ground creating pressure. Also try hooking up the return line first usually makes it much easier.
My older model 763 if I twist the key to the left from the off position will bleed the pressure off. I’m not sure if the newer ones are like that because of the push button start etc
You'd think they got the hang of it considering they've doing it for years now lol I guess some rookies will remain the same no matter what.
There is an AUX RELIEF button on my T300 it shuts the machine off but leaves the aux valve open so there is no pressure in that system. Not sure if his T320 has it but should
Happy Memorial Day Ryan & Family & Victory ! God Bless America !!
A short video different from the norm is better than no video, I need my Victory fix! I am a 59 year old woman with absolutely no interest in learning how to do concrete lol. Love your vids!

A video is better then no video . From Albany NY . Love the channel 1 million subscribers coming soon I got faith
Time to build a "soil correction" fee into your contract. That looked like a soggy mess, it's no wonder the previous drive failed. Wonder what kind of shape the house is in if the builder left the rest of the grade like that.
Thats a change order forsure. That's a clause we have on our contracts. Run into that alot in Mo
That fee name sounds harmless hahaha
We call it plastic soil.
Just like roofing you have a change order at the end of the job because decking is never known until roof is taken off. You may know about some bad decking but not all of it. I think Ryan is smart enough to have something like this in his contracts for this exact reason
Leave it just like it is. Don't nickel and dime your customers
A whole new base would be an unforeseen problem, i know they do, but not sure how a homeowner would expect u to absorb the expense. Maybe a small clause in your proposal’s would help? Good work!!!
AGREED ..... Any excavator business WOULD have such "contract clauses" in them !!!
thinking the same , need to put something in the contract to cover things like that. If I was the homeowner I would have no problem paying for the extra. But I'm a business owner myself and know things like that come up.
It seems like splitting the crew worked out to keep on schedule with all the rainy weather you've been having , keeping the customer happy when they want the job done isnt easy - keep up the good work guys 👍🇺🇸
Best educational show on CZcams is victory outdoor services he could make a five hour video and I would sit and watch the whole five hours he definitely knows how to keep an audience entertained that is for sure keep doing what you do Ryan your videos is amazing and very educational
Eddie if you don’t like watching it then maybe you should find another channel bud but for some people they find it educational it’s more to it than just dumping concrete on the ground and smoothing it out that’s the way in idiot would think
Far from a kid lol

Love the channel Ryan!!! Hope you and the family are having a great weekend
The way Big Ray was sharpening his pencil with his knife, I’m sure you go through a bunch😂
These guys know you have to release the pressure in the hydraulic system before trying to remove the couplings , by having the key on , engine off , safeties engaged and moving the controls to allow pressure to bleed back into the system , right ? You can remove them without doing this , but it’s much , much harder. They do get hot though and maybe thats all it was.

You guys really have to stop. It's embarrassing seeing grown men act like children in these comments whine about another grown man and it gives this channel a bad rep.

Why not put in your contracts any contingencies will be extra? 18” stone removal and replacement is a huge unforeseen expense.
That's exactly what I was thinking! That way unforseen
I'm sure they have a clause in the contract, no way the attorney didn't put one in when writing. Too many folks would be out of business
In California they call it a rock clause
Eric getting a lot of heat, but in this one he did just fine.
Ryan Thank you for remembering our fallen military. During my time in Afghanistan i lost way to many of my brothers in arms under my leadership. Good Job Eric proud of you! Keep up the good work! And also Big Ray and Pat!👍
Always good on the buggy my dude.
We had that happen to us up in Michigan,,, we’d fill out a change order get it approved and then dig down to good soil that had to be inspected by an engineer then we’d have to add crushed concrete or larger stone ,, was a pain but it paid very very good !
Love the videos. Idea for the phone & cable lines. Put an underground PVC pipe under the concrete…run it right up to the house. This will serve as a way to feed the lines. Then no need for the cutout…concrete right up to the PVC feeder pipe. U can even cap the ends (no glue) and drill small holes to feed the lines and keep water out of the feeder pipe.
I would have Carlito in the machine.
