so all p71s effected? what years i own a 2009, sometimes makes noise in cold starts, later its good
@@billy_doink generally making those noises, it could be going out but you gotta make sure it has proper fluid level before you assume that. depending how bad the noise is, might be a good idea to think about finding leaks or replacing the pump/lines. its like a lot of issues where you can assume itll be fine for awhile and it might work for another 10 years but who knows. ask a mechanic or 2 what they think
@@prayforparis422 i replaced fluidd and it made it a little better, but can still hear the pump noise when turning wheel tightly such as tight you turns and such. I'm guessing with fluids proper it means the pumps going bad?
@@billy_doink did you fully flush the power steering? generally easy to do. just need the fluid, a manual fluid pump, container. siphon fluid, add fluid, turn on car, cut wheel back and forth a bunch of times, turn off, siphone fluid, repeat until its clean. but yeah if you own one of those vics that are known for this issue, id be careful and get some quick opinions locally
Your channel appeared on my feed. I watched a couple of your videos and they're great. I just subscribed. Keep up the good work!!
Never met someone with that many excuses as a full grown man. It's a real shame when parents dont raise their kids right. That is the reason Daryl Jr is going to be even more of a burden to society than his father is.
nah i think you are just a burden his son is a nice kid đ Daryl is a hard worker iâm sure you wouldnât do what he does day to day
Thereâs no way Darell did that on accident. You guys planned that. You already weâre getting a flatbed. COME ONđđđđ
Just when you think the title made reference to Darryl running over the cone... No... there is more... Ryan never stops surprising me as to why he still has this guy in his crew. You are doing it to yourself. I just wonder what would be the deal breaker.
Guys like Darryl do more for a company than he seems to on the surface. He do help Ryan out a lot
Him hitting a person
Itâs not like Darrel is doing it out of the kindness of his heart he is getting paid
This was a skit. The truck is getting a flatbed
@@BackwoodTexan how do u know?
The lack of pride for his work and care from Daryl is sad. This would be the last straw.

FOUND YOUR SECOND CHANNEL TODAY, never been more stoked.... You've literally saved my life with your videos..
You got me eating well again, working out again and just living everyday life,

You treat him so well he does not even show a little care when he does things...
You should make Darryl wear a hardhat and safety vest at all times from now on.
the safety cone he ran strapped to his head
I can understand continuously dealing with the Dingus that is Daryl because he is your friend... but he has zero accountability. Everytime something goes wrong he has some excuse.
The "DESTROYER" has struck again. Merry Christmas guys stay warm and blessed one love from a brother in Hawaii Aloha
When I seen the short, I was pretty certain daryl hit the bed on purpose because you were getting either a new truck or a dump bed, but now I see he hit it for the flat bed lol
Daryl is the kind of person that knows you wonât do anything to him because heâs your friend which kinda puts you in a financial problem and doesnât care much about it
More like Ryan says Jump and Darryl says "how high?" Why would he not keep him around, he literally is ryans beetch
@@callmedad1256 I don't see it like that. I see business and personal colliding. Darryl has his ways and I think Ryan just puts up with it because he genuinely likes Darryl but hey that's just my opinion tho
@@callmedad1256 You're referring to the same Darryl that calls in sick 10x more than the average guy, doesn't listen, and lies all the time.
Unreliable can be easily replaced.
In the military, he would be busted in rank and kicked out the door.
Both Daryls know what they are doing... Little giant jr is a chrity case that jut says stuff to try to be cute. it will get old
How much Daryl calls in and is late all the time, if i didnât know better Iâd say heâs on drugs lol
Love how Darrel says we're professionals lol yea right Darrel is 50/50 đâ€ïžâ€ïž
At this point you canât blame Darryl for anything, itâs like sticking your hand on a hot flame and getting mad at it for burning you
Darryl is going to hurt someone someday and the funny goofy Darryl won't be so funny anymore...
Ryan you're an amazing boss!! If If I was Daryl I would pay for the damage caused to the salt truck.

Ryan, you have the patience of Job when it comes to Darryl. I wouldn't let him drive any machinery. Maybe, the concrete buggy and a push lawn mower.đ He always looks like he's sleepy. Darryl needs to get some rest and eat a vegetable or two. Lack of sleep and junk food isn't good at his age.đ”

Ryan brings these videos out at the end of December because of the views and higher pay.. donât forget that
12/15/22. Watching this one right now from Sherwood Oregon. I find them educational and entertaining đ Idk how many drawings you get from kids. I have an ideaâŠ..all those huge newly painted white walls in the shop. Showcase them. đ Love your vids.
Darryl's face...I had tears running down my face because I laughed so hard!! There's 'Murphy's law' and there's 'Darryl's law' which is 20 times more destructive! I do admire your attitude Ryan....
Diesel Dave lives right by me, awesome dude.
for someone who always shows up late and causes so many issues I cant believe he still works for you. I'm only 23 and I'm shocked at how careless someone like he is. if I was up there he would be out of a job asap.
Ryan and the Darrells have a tight friendship obviously.

In our small town we have Napa, Oriellys, and Car Quest.. they all

you handled the bed damage very well. much better than I could have, you let Darryl know you weren't happy and I know he felt like an idiot (again) but you let him know you were very mad about it but didn't humiliate him.
