Personally I prefer the alarms of the videos compared to the ones I can set on my phone but will still give this a try love your stuff wish I learned about it years before instead of 8 months ago but it has been phenomenally great. Good luck staying awake. Use any of the “no alarm” to get to sleep, especially for insomnia. If you drink coffee, try to drink early in the day and cut consumption by a cup a week till you are down to one or two a day.
How do we get the world to understand that short naps are good for us?!
