      You are supposed to listen to it with ear buds or ear phones or with two speakers. Each emits 2 different frequencies so each ear heard a different frequency. When these two merge they send a signal to your brain that makes you fall asleep

    It actually works very well, and I’m already awake at 7:59, but probably because a have severe adhd and it doesn’t take much to wake me up or get me hyperactive, which is how I feel now so I’m done

    Wow, I had tried this before but somehow it felt like by body was too afraid to fall asleep and it jumped me out when I started to fall into deep sleep. This time was very different. I felt like I was awake the whole time but felt a lot of things happening in my body and brain. Have had sleeping problems since I was a teen (35 now) and burnout problems for the past 7 years, increasing and decreasing but never quite fully recovering. I felt tingling in my brain and throughout different parts of my body and in the final like 10-15 minutes there was a weird experience of intense pressure on my eyes and a high pitched tone in both ears (kind of inside my head) until I heard a loud popping noise that fizzled out and I felt really different after that, just fully awake and not tired. Don't know what happened exactly but it felt like the session relieved a lot of tension areas in my brain from the burnout. Almost like untying a knot or something. Really bizarre but really curious how I'm gonna feel and sleep the next couple of days. Feels like something shifted with the burnout symptoms. I hope so. Been too long. Thank you so much for making these! The power nap versions have similarly helped me through tough times. They should really do more official research on these. They're definitely doing something to my brain, helping it get out of the fight and flight mode it's seemingly been in (or getting into frequently) for years

    I have a question that i cannot get an answer for. Please, help me.. even if you tell me this is the worst question youve ever gotten, even if you laugh at how remedial my level of confusion is, even if you tell me im a crazy person beyond help.. please just say something. I dont know why but i cant seem to get any help with this. NOTHING. not even a guess, an “i dont know”, any response period. Plz believe i do not just go around taking liberties with anybodys time i know youre a busy and productive person, you dedicate your time resources and energy to helping people. So maybe you’d be willing to help just one more. All i want to know is what is the difference between AS AN EXAMPLE: this video says left ear= 140 hz right ear= 150hz creates a 10hz beat. SO……. WHAT WOULD THE DIFFERENCE BE …. BETWEEN THIS VIDEOS OUTCOME AND A VIDEO FOR EXAMPLE THAT WAS … left ear= 940hz right ear=950hz since by this logic 10hz would be created just the same. Right? Instead of thinking that 40hz left ear and 50hz right ear would create a 45hz beat. Which is what i think makes more sense. Please help me try to understand this. Also i do not subscribe to the worlds “all caps = yelling” way of typing i only use all caps to emphasize. So.. theres that.
