    MOST FREQUENT COMMENTS:
    1) "I can't hear anything!"
    Headphones are REQUIRED. :)
    2) "This gives me a headache!"
Keep the volume LOW (20-40% max).
    3) "I had a nightmare!"
New to binaural beats? Start with this gentle track instead: bit.ly/binauralbeginner
    4) "Sounds weird."
DISABLE any filters on your device (DTS, surround enhancers, bass boost, etc) as they will interfere with proper audio playback.
    5) "Can I save this to my phone?"

    ***
After using Holosync and Hemi-Sync products to meditate and sleep for 10 years, I decided it was time to start making my own binaural beat tracks that didn't have all the extra sound effects and cheesy music added on top.
Before making my own track, I came to CZcams and was shocked to see all the garbage there is out here. Unlock your codons with a DNA-healing miracle tone? Please. That's not remotely how binaural beats work... and 528 Hz is an annoying, uncomfortable tone to listen to. Schumann resonance doesn't apply here, either, because we're not vibrating every cell of the body with a loudspeaker, we're only playing gentle tones into the ears.
This video isn't perfect, either, and much of the information contained in it has not yet been verified by perusing actual scientific research papers. There's a ton of information about binaural beats on the Internet, the vast majority of which is basically made-up trash.
For now, based on what I know today, I'm certain that listening to the audio contained in this presentation (with stereo headphones) will help anybody enjoy a peaceful, restful, deep sleep ... or, at the very least, become very calm and relaxed. I used myself as a guinea pig and tested this track for a week before posting it here. I was thrilled with the results!
As far as volume goes, make sure it's loud enough that you can clearly hear the tones in both ears, but quiet enough that you'll be able to fall asleep without being distracted by the noise.
    Enjoy!
** DISCLAIMER: I’m not a doctor, just a nerd who loves meditation and experimenting with new things. I test every binaural beat track on myself and make sure I'm happy with the result before I make it public. Ultimately, every person is going to have their own unique experience. Using this track is done at your own risk -- if you start to experience any negative effects, STOP using it!

Anyone experiencing left and right being displayed together on left and right: It's not the uploaders fault! You might want to check if CZcams is using a lower-quality version of the video. I am not completely sure if it's still being done, but in the past there were video's that, at lower settings (360p and lower, if I recall correctly) became "monofied" to save on bandwith usage for people on smallband connections (since a mono audiofile is half the bandwith of that of a stereo file, which is a very simplified explanation).

this genuinely worked for me, i have tried so many videos in hopes of sleeping better but they all sound annoying and are coupled with music, and honestly just make it harder for me to sleep. i often have periods of times where i can only sleep in 1-3 hour increments (finals 🥰), and it’s always just shitty sleep that i wake up during so much and honestly the only point i do sleep is cause i don’t want to deal with intense sleep deprivation. listening to this when falling asleep was so much different for my 3 hour “sleep” last night. i didn’t wake up a single time, and woke up feeling so awake and energized, i had an exam and a presentation and i was so worried that i would do so badly because of my lack of sleep, and i genuinely think i aced it and this helped so much!!!

I've listened to a lot of binaural beat videos, but this is the best one yet. Exactly what I've been looking for,
,brain wave sounds without birds and waves and what not. I was beginning to have an OBE then ended up with sleep paralysis. I was struggling to wake up. My cat was on my lap and for some reason that always gives me comfort. It's scarier than crap to have sleep paralysis. This is an excellent video for those who would want to have an OBE.

Man I know what you are saying It is terrifying I thought I was going insane before I found out about it , about the obe that can be terrifying to I had one just once in my life i'm 43 It happened 7 years ago I was looking down at my body at first and then went about exploring but I got to far from my body and this terrifying feeling hit me that I was not going to be able to find my body again and woke up hypoventilating .

Sotallytober, I've had sleep paralysis for years too. I had no idea what it was at first. Thought it was some sort of sleep disorder. I left my body once when I was being attacked by a dog. Believe it or not I watched myself running from him just above my body. It was only seconds and I flew over a fence and don't even remember doing it. I think sometimes in a high level of fear, that can happen, but when I think back on it, how could I be moving and be out of my body. Also, I was out of my body and looking down at a window ledge and I seen a bunch of ants. When I woke up and looked over, I seen them. I thought, well that was some sort of psychic dream when actually I was out of my body. Right before that, I experienced a buzzing sound and thought that's my cell phone then thought no....my phone don't sound like that. I've experienced every sensation there is from loud motor sounds, electricity, buzzing, vibrations, voices, radio sounds, seeing through closed eyelids, an evil presence, shuffling and wouldn't you know it, now that I know what it is and have been trying hard to astral travel, I can't get anywhere..ok sorry this was so long.

I cannot get anywhere with these beats:/ I get sleep paralysis only when the sun is out and normal sounds play in the background, never really had it at night. I believe I have projected once, but its a little hard to tell from lucid dreams. I was walking around this house I fell asleep in, but all the furniture was different and the walls were painted a dark green rather than white.

Took me forever to find someone who has produced some content of this sort with respect to the fact that we have no idea really what effects these stimuli have, or don't have, at this time. The other 99% of YT's Binaural content seems made by the same guy somewhere who has been up for 6 years straight snorting 432Hz ASTRAL DNA CRYSTALS pumping out like 200 videos a week.

I was awake and watching the little markers - relaxed but not sleepy - until it hit delta then I was just gone. I woke up 2 hours later thinking "what just happened - did that ACTUALLY work?!" I was able to fall back asleep and slept until my alarm went off in the morning.
I'm amazed! Thank you for these videos. I will be using the beginner video for a while, however. No need to body-slam my brain into sleep! ha!
I'm excited to use the napping and recharging videos as well, as I have issues with drowsiness during my days.

Then I realized I was hearing people from the other side of the world talking. This really improved my hearing so unimaginably well. I thought it was the greatest thing ever. But now, wherever I go, I have to use earplugs. Otherwise I can hear everything everyone says. And I don't want to hear the president talk about what he did with his wife last night... Or about his secret affair with Putin. Or hear the guy at McDonald's sneeze into my food. I wish I could just get rid of the ability. So I have since blasted my ears with music so loud that I have gone deaf. Now I can't hear anything and it is much easier to sleep. So I guess the video worked! Thanks?! Okay!

Attention those of you here experimenting with this. Here's a few tips to help you out. 1. You must have stereo headphones or ear buds. 2. You want to listen to this really quietly. Less than 1/2 volume. Listen to 1 side then the other. When you hear both sides together, find the LOWEST setting that allows you to still hear the illusion of vibration. Think for a minute. This is not like listening to music. It's exposing your brain to auditory vibrations. You shouldn't have to think about it. It's just there in the background

I always believed this kind of stuff was a joke. I had a bit of a headache since last night and had little sleep. I tried everything to fall asleep to no avail.
I came upon this video and decided to try it. I have AirPod Pros. I started listening and was thinking how stupid I was expecting weird wah wah sounds would help.
Well it did! I woke up about 3 hours later, no headache and feeling refreshed.
Highly recommend to at least try it out. And give it time while listening!

Seriously...I fell asleep to this with headsets...woke up, wend to bed and had the most detailed and remarkable dream in a very long time. I had to take a walk to detail it, it did not fade on me. As I write this, I am still looking back on it like I am still in the dream. Coincidence? Tonight will tell more.

Just found this.. not a complete stranger to binaural beat posts as have used one or two before.. not used this one for real yet to go to sleep to but have to say like the format of it as it just descends and then leaves you to be. Nicely done in my opinion. Thanks Jody!

  • @the_real_vdegenne

I had a scary experience, I listened this during a long time yesterday and when I went to bed I could still hear it so I tried to focus on something else and eventually succeeded but then on the edge of reaching unconscious sleep this vibration came back but psychologically it was very loud and frightening it made me woke up in a sec, had me like "what the hell just happened?". I think it's most likely like a visual illusion but psychological, you don't really hear the sound it's just the brain that keeps activating the location where it was stimulated for a long time, though now I am not sure if it's a good thing or not.

Just tried last night. I must say it was quite relaxing, at some point I was sleeping. Then woke up after 5h (this I realized later when I saw the clock) feeling reasonable rested, I even though on standing up, but saw the clock and it was still around 5am. So decided to stay in bed, and fall asleep again. At this point (I think) I had all kind of nightmares, waking up now and then after an 'episode'. At the end it was an experience, probably will give it a try more times and see what comes out.. (by the way, I never tried it before, so this is the first time I really listen to this kind of things)

Nightmares are often reported by people who use this advanced track but haven't used binaural beats for sleeping before. So, I made a "beginner" track that's a bit more gentle: bit.ly/binauralbeginner

Excellent presentation of information right here in front of us on the video! All the information needed to know exactly what we are hearing in both ears and the binaural result in the center and what range the tones fall in and what effect they can have. Too often we have to search for this information in the write-up below the videos only to find it missing all too often. I also like the much-needed option of imbibing the tones without the music selection or scenery supper-imposed on them. Good work, I'm a new fan!
