She used her sex appeal literally more than anyone else in the spotlight in the early 2000's. It was so ridiculously over the top after she first transitioned away from the Hanna Montana style.
Only recently has she been coming back down to earth, and maturing beyond that cheap appeal so what the hell are you even talking about.
