This guy is on point. I know for myself I will not approach a girl I find attractive if she has not given me any signals or shows now signs of being approachable. Most women I have seen look to busy, or dont look happy, therefore not approachable. Only a small % of guys will approach a woman no matter what and those are usually the cocky guys that are jerks. Most men including myself have been rejected to many times and will not make a move unless I know I have a good chance of not being rejected.
I am confident among girls I don't like, but when I see my crush I get nervous and then I keep a distance so as to not come across as awkward. Keep in mind ladies, if a guy makes eye contact repeatedly and still does not approach you then it more than likely is because the only sign he is getting is reciprocated eye contact which, truth be told, doesn't always mean interest. So there's this new guy at my school.I find him super cute and have developed a secret crush on him. At first we had lunch class together and I would always try to look at him. I was just at the dining area and I did not approach. I kept giving her glances and smiles and didn't get any holding eye contact back or anything. I was going to approach if I got anything back at all. She may just have been shy. Normally if I do this on the street I get a response. The only alternative was to go in anyway, which I could have done, but at that point I figured I had waited too long. Hi, so one time my friend and I were waiting on our lift to arrive. As a guy who does this, I'm glad someone knows how we shy guys operate. I used to blush when I did this but nowadays I always wear a blank or serious expression. No doubt from years of no results.
Another reason: He could have too much responsibility and not much time for her if she were to agree to go out with him.

Theres this guy I just cant figure out pls help!!! He works in the office at my sons school and one day he was walking towards me down the hallway we made eye contact and held it for about 10sec and got to say his eyes sparkled. We didn't say a word to one another but just kept walking and as I turned around to look he had turned around to look aswell. Ok, I'm confused. I saw a guy at my job who I think is attractive. The first time he spoke and asked how I was and I replied. Then he left. The next time he came to my job, my coworkers told me not to turn around but I did any way. Keep in mind ladies, if a guy makes eye contact repeatedly and still does not approach you then it more than likely is because the only sign he is getting is reciprocated eye contact which, truth be told, doesn't always mean interest.

So there's this new guy at my school.I find him super cute and have developed a secret crush on him. At first we had lunch class together and I would always try to look at him. When I see him looking back at me, I look away. One day he sat close to me (like two seats away) and my friend asked him what grade he was in. I was just at the dining area and I did not approach. I kept giving her glances and smiles and didn't get any holding eye contact back or anything. I was going to approach if I got anything back at all. She may just have been shy. Normally if I do this on the street I get a response. The only alternative was to go in anyway, which I could have done, but at that point I figured I had waited too long. I could have still gone in anyway, but maybe I was hoping I could see her again and do an immediate approach and look better since I thought my chance of failure was high since she probably saw me and I wouldn't look strong. Hi, so one time my friend and I were waiting on our lift to arrive. One of my co workers happened to walk from around the corner to where we were standing... and for some reason looked at me like he saw a ghost.
