I didnt mind Arenas at all. I didnt play them a whole lot. I tried to grind ranked but just stopped. Im excited about the new LTMs though. They will be good warmup to figure out Legends that I didnt really play a lot in the past seasons.

i never play arenas honestly... a few times but it would not hurtme if it is gone.

Anyone else have a lot of lag after the update ?
I think doing away with arenas will be the nail in the coffin for me walking away from this game. It's sad because I've spent so much time and money on it. In arenas I can carry and get wins. It's easy to kill 3 people. It's very hard to kill 57 people in BR. I solo que so I am always backfill for a 2 stack of brand new players. I shouldn't have these people in my room, let alone on my team. I'm level 600 or whatever the new ones are and I get paired with a two stack that are 30 or 40. They drop in dumb spots, die instantly with no dmg, and then leave. I haven't played any br for the last two or three seasons because of this. I now have no reason to bother. Team death match is straight trash, it's just a giant cluster fuck luck fest with no skill or strats needed; boring and pointless. There are a million fps games that do it better.
I really disagree with some features of this update and others have me like YES! But I think they need community talks about these updates before just putting them in. Like Lifeline needs her shield back.
