What’s crazy is you got the 3 heirloom shards but also enough crafting materials to craft all the event packs to get valks heirloom too so technically your 1300 ish packs allowed you to get 4 heirlooms that’s awesome dude!
38,400 shards to buy all 24 Items for the Valk event. So if they keep the same amount of Epic and Legendary items In the next event, he could buy all the items to get next Heirloom as well.

353 items that are epic rarity or above, it just doesn't sit right with me that that means around at least 1000 of those packs were just grey/blue packs. I get that it's because there's mostly grey/blue items in the game but it still feels sad lol
I started playing in season 8, and have 5 heirlooms. 3 of them were from buying packs, and 2 of them were from completing collection events. The secret, aside from buying any of the larger pack bundles that pop up in the sales, is to use an autoclicker to open the packs, then do something to distract yourself, like watching a video. If the game doesn't sense your anticipation, it will most likley drop some legendary items after a while to get your attention. Just ignore those. If you do so for long enough, it will finally drop shards. It's a very needy game, and will go to great lengths to feed off your soul.

Because Heirloom packs also give you 1 normal pack, the second happened on the 500th pack after the first, and the third happened on the 500th after the second.

It was actually 500th pack. You get your apex pack back if you get heirloom shards. I didn’t notice it the first time i got it but i noticed after everyone started saying it.
You actually got like 5 heirlooms. To fully buy a collection event you need 38.400 crafting metals, so 2 events are 76.800 and u have more than 79k Which means you can fully buy the Valk heirloom and the next coming in season 14(lets hope it's loba's) But that was amazing!

I've been collecting my apex packs since day 1, I've stopped playing around season 2 and played again when crypto released. Right now I have around 315 packs and I don't have any plans on opening them anytime soon.

When I first started playing I didn't even know how to open packs, once I did I decided to save a couple until I got bored enough to open them. I saved up 25 and opened them all at once. I opened one and seen those red shards and didn't know what it was. I came from CSGO so I guess this is the equivalent to someone (new) opening a knife on their first unboxing or getting something crazy from a rank up drop, like a Dlore or atleast that's how I compared it in my head once I found out what they were.
I was under the impression that if you have 150 heirloom shards, you must spend them to receive the next 150 heirloom shards. Like you can't hold 300, 450, or 600 shards and spend them as you please! So I hope you bought your heirloom, then opened the 1230 packs you had left!
Nice video, you got a lot of crafting materials so you could buy every item skin to increase your chances of getting a heirloom plus you would also get more crafting materials from doing this as you can’t get duplicates
There were a surprising amount of times you got 2 Legendaries in a row, or more than 2 legendaries in a single pack, neither of which have ever happened to me
I got 3 legendaries in two packs in a row, all banner frames... only one good wraith skin and the saddest thing is its on my console apex acc after transferring to pc so i cant even use it lol, spent so much on my console acc wish they would just implement cross-progression already The only good thing about ps4 apex legends is that you don't need PS PLUS to play it

I always wait until I have 30 packs. You actually get better loot if you wait. You get one legendary guaranteed if you open 30 and I got 5. But when I opened 28 I only got blue stuff

This is why I save up my packs and open them in every ten packs. To get that satisfaction of getting at least one purple or legendary
I’m always too impatient and open them as soon as I get one, only to be disappointed by 2 commons and a rare
you don t need to wait to make 10 to open them to get something legendary. you can get something legendary even you don t keep them until you make 10'

When I first started playing I didn't even know how to open packs, once I did I decided to save a couple until I got bored enough to open them. I saved up 25 and opened them all at once. I opened one and seen those red shards and didn't know what it was.
I came from CSGO so I guess this is the equivalent to someone (new) opening a knife on their first unboxing or getting something crazy from a rank up drop, like a Dlore or atleast that's how I compared it in my head once I found out what they were.
Do you know that you need 36800 crafting metals to buy a full event with heirloom or a prestige skin

I was under the impression that if you have 150 heirloom shards, you must spend them to receive the next 150 heirloom shards.
Like you can't hold 300, 450, or 600 shards and spend them as you please!
So I hope you bought your heirloom, then opened the 1230 packs you had left!

Nice video, you got a lot of crafting materials so you could buy every item skin to increase your chances of getting a heirloom plus you would also get more crafting materials from doing this as you can’t get duplicates
There were a surprising amount of times you got 2 Legendaries in a row, or more than 2 legendaries in a single pack, neither of which have ever happened to me

I got 2 legendaries in a pack the other day and I was honestly disappointed by it. I just want an heirloom
my first pack i ever opened was 3 legendary legend skins and i think that's pretty cool

So much respect, I don't even want to know how annoying it was to open that many and don't get me wrong 3 hairloms and tons of crafting materials but over a 100 houndred legendaries and the rest is grey blue or purple. Apex is soo unfair sometimes
I always wait until I have 30 packs. You actually get better loot if you wait. You get one legendary guaranteed if you open 30 and I got 5. But when I opened 28 I only got blue stuff

roughly 10 pack per legendary and 500 pack per heirloom, which mean you just get the minimal amount of loot possible from these packs
