Our flight today begins outside the terminal at London's Gatwick Airport. We enter the terminal and make our way through to security, before heading to our gate where we await the arrival of our aircraft.
Our aircraft soon pulls onto stand and we are able to board, taking our seat in 6A. After a short delay due to a slot change we are soon taxying to the runway and taking off from runway 08L at Gatwick. We turn to the right after takeoff heading to the Suffolk coast, before crossing the North Sea towards The Netherlands. The clouds soon clear and we're treated to great views of the Frisian Islands as we head towards Denmark. We start our descent over Odense and get a wonderful view for the entire descent of Denmark, and Copenhagen as we are vectored for an ILS approach to runrway 22L We taxi to the terminal and disembark, walking through the terminal emerging outside on a beautiful autumn day.

How do you record the ATC audio ? Do you leave your pc recording for the whole time your away ?

Flybe LHR-ABZ, Eastern Airways J41 Aberdeen to Kirkwall and then back on BMI Regional E145 and BA A319 :)
Atc included? How come you only hear the cockpit? The atc’s transmitter must be strong enough also to be heard right? Nice vid anyways
You only get the ground controller when you're close to the ground usually. That's because the metal from the fuselage stops you from getting a signal from the ground.
That is a workout just walking to your gate.

It takes only .25 the firing power from a nematocyst of an irukandji to provide thrust for this plane to take off and get off the ground, FULL THROTTLE!
Take off was obviously pushed back but luckily didn't really have to wait too long after pushback.
Quite a quick takeoff in actual fact, once up above the clouds we were able to savour the glorious sunshine as we headed towards the Danish capital of Copenhagen.

Rad Hit - Is Norwegian airlines a new low cost carrier in Europe? They do a lot of flights that have nothing to do with Norway itself.
They are getting *relatively* old now. Obviously, Norwegian Air Shuttle started off by just doing flights in and to Norway. But they've expanded from having bases in just Scandinavia to even have some in for example Gatwick, Berlin Schönefeld, somewhere in the US and soon also Argentina.
They've grown in order to compete with other low-cost carriers in Europe such as easyJet and Ryanair. And they're doing it well.
I've looked at trip reports, but never been on an actual flight. Norwegian looks pretty good!
Norwegian are very good - and free wifi too which is always a bonus!

I filmed this one 6 years ago, before I went full time on YT. I had not yet created a system for my videos. I was just using YT as a place to save the flight videos I had been doing.
