    Hello Juderson, I want to tell you thank you for creating this channel it really breaks down Hatian Creole and makes it easier to understand. I am from South Florida where the demography mainly consists of Haitians and Hispanics so it has always been a dream of mine to learn Haitian Creole. Thank you once again and blessings to you and this informative channel!

    I really appreciate that you keep updating these videos and your website; i started learning last december (2016) using your videos, and it was great! Unfortunately, I got distracted and never finished fulfilling my goal. But i am back at it again, intent on succeeding, and once again, your videos are a great help (I was also pleased to discover i remembered most of the info from your how to creole pronunciation series).
    I like that your videos are efficient, direct, simple without feeling condescending, attractively laid out, and especially how you clearly explain the subtle touches that really help a foreigner sound more like a native. When i applied your tips at a creole meeting (writing down my comments beforehand and then reading them aloud), i had haitians approaching me afterwards thinking that i actually was fluent!
    So your teaching style really works 😉 keep it up!

    when you go to haiti. ask them not to rob you of your belongings. if you are doing so, it results in you speaking in english since you do not care what the whammy makes in existence of the screech of not getting your belongings taken by criminals

    is it surprising to hear some french dialects and words in Haitian Creole?

    • @howtocreole
      @howtocreole  Před 11 měsíci

      Good point. French and Haitian Creole are similar. Most Creole words do come from French.
