The brown instrument is a cuticle cutter/nipper but don't ever use it for that, the other end should be a cuticle pusher, you can use that. As for the leaking, yup i would definitely contact them until they answer, sometimes they think if they don't reply you will forget, but don't. Keep on them, and send them the video. They should replace or give you some kind of refund, it would cost too much to return it, and they won't pay for return shipping lol, thats why they offer a refund for the trouble. Some of mine had loose seal as well, but they are fine to work with. If you are not comfortable using them, then tell them you want a full refund because of the broken seal. Nice haul though. I have a question? I got the sina products. I got a clear, white, and pink. But I also got one that said Primer...? And a uv topcoat plus the cleaner. But the thing is I don’t know what’s the primer for?????? Does anyone know or let me know plz.
Lots of great things mama! The sealing are a problem a lot of times when buying gels..I have'nt always bother with complaining..but that is just me..You should of course get what you pay for! I also started with gel beacause I could not cope with all that filing,haha But the time doing nails are not shorter beacause of the curing time! Bummer!! Hahah Sorry!! :-( The nailtips are really great to use with the dual form also! To speed things up if you're in a hurry!lol Remember that the white Sina gel are a bit tricky to cure all the way through. Use two really thin layers instead.. Haha that little long brown thing are a cuticle remower,,be carefull with both of the ones that you got. You can make some nasty cuts in your cuticles if you are not careful.. :-P I would recommend only using the cuticle pusher and scraper instead. And you are going to use up that cleansing fluid kind of quick! You are going to get something more quite quick,lol Just something to clean of the tacky layer. :-) Good luck girlfriend! sweetie sweet the primer is to put on first before applying the gel to your nails so they do not lift.
