In this video, I'm sharing my first attempt of me at brewing a beer.
As where i live is easy to get fresh mango throughout the year, I've decided to make this super refreshing mango beer, at the end i'm happy with the final result, the beer was very refreshing it has a good amount of bitterness, the hop aroma also coming trough and a touch of mango sweetness and aroma at the end.
Here is the list of ingredients needed to make this mango beer :
- Pale malt 1kg
- Water 7 Litre
- Citra hops 10gr
- 1 whole mango
- Yeast
