Pizza Base Recipe | बेकरी जैसा पिज़्ज़ा बेस घर पर बनाये | 2 ways - Oven and Gas baking technique|

Today I am sharing basic thick crust pizza base recipe . This is tried and tested recipe which you can easily make at home .I have shown both the methods of baking it ( baking in oven & baking on gas) so that ,it can be made by anyone for home purpose as well as for commercial purpose.

I made this it was awesome, i directly added pizza sauce, cheese & skipped the fork hole step, the pizza was awesome like dominos . I also made garlic breadstick with same dough.

Kanda pohe please because what i eat in our village in Maharashtra food stalls is very different from what mummy, kaki, mami, etc make at home, i think they have forgot so your recipe i will share with them lol

I live in canada and work in local pizza chain name pitas pizza and wings.
We make pizza dowd as under.
Water 11.5 later water pizza dowd 20 k
Sugar 1 cup 8 Hons
Salt 1 cup 8 hons
Mix in speed 1 for 15 minute and speed 2 for 5 minutes put 250 ml refind oil.
Than make para
On para we brush garlic paste with refined oil rest for one day.
