I’ll do a bowl of plain quick oats oatmeal mixed with a scoop of chocolate protein powder, a scoop of peanut butter powder, cinnamon, scoop of natural coco powder, spoonful of peanut butter, little bit of honey, and sprinkle a few dark chocolate chips on top which melt in the warm oatmeal.

There is so much you can do with rice cakes, love em, combined with a protein shake, perfect meathead nighttime snack. I’ve been doing peanut butter, Greek yogurt and blueberries with a drizzle of honey, all on the rice cake. Chocolate rice cake with crunchy pb is probably my favorite though.
2 to 3 servings of cottage cheese and cup of fresh pineapple. Plus some grapes is tonight's snack.

My go to is usually a nice, hot cup of english (breakfast) tea, a protein bar, and maybe some dried mango or pineapple.
I make oatmeal , banana , peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies from scratch. When I get up they are ready and waiting for me 😊

My midnight snack depends on whether I'm bulking or cutting, but homemade jerky for cutting or sugar free jell-o (with a Hawaiian punch water flavor pack added), if I'm bulking I usually have extra burger patties or BBQ chicken stored up. My "snack" would usually only be after lifting.
My wife makes energy balls that are peanut butter, oats, flaxseed, honey and chia seeds. They are about the size of a ping pong ball. I eat 2.

1 cup plain Greek yogurt mixed with 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder, blueberries, Lilly’s dark chocolate chips, small amount of homemade whipped cream.
Fat free sugar free vanilla greek yogurt mixed with a bloop of PB. Use it like a dip for Granny Smith apple slices. Since I'm female, I can't go HAM on the midnight snacks. 😂
300 grams egg whites, 100 grams oats, 10 grams Mac nut oil, 1 scoop protein powder, 5 grams peptides, 5 grams leucine, 5 grams glutamine, 5 grams creatine, 5 ice cubes, blend…salute!
3 Tbs of peanut butter on a plate. Put that in the freezer for about 30-45 minutes. Then add cool whip on top with some Reese peanut butter chips.

You’re an absolute legend Seth, love your honesty and realism. I’m in fairly good shape but my bodyfat still way too high at about 19% and struggle to cut out sugary snacks especially late at night. My midnight go to snack is a crunchy peanutbutter banana sandwich glazed with honey and 2 scoops of chocolate lava cake whey protein to wash it all down, im out like a light after like 15 minutes
1 cup on vanilla Greek yogurt and farmfed vanilla milkshake in a bowl and mix it all together.
Cup of low fat cottage cheese with one container motts to go apple sauce, sprinkled with cinnamon and touch of splenda

I do 5 packs of oatmeal mix with 1 scoop of protein and a 17oz mix with 1 pack of crystal light to drink keeps my 235weight and stomach to stop growling throughout the night. I'm ordering your protein as we speak!!👍👍👍

Midnight snack is usually a couple eggs over easy or hard boiled eggs. Maybe just even a glass of chocolate milk with banana blended.

I lost a bit of weight being sick as hell for two weeks, just starting back to the gym this week but I've been taking some strong pulls off the Fairlife Chocolate milk bottle at night. I havent drank milk of any sorts in probably two decades and suddenly at 42 I discover this Fairlife stuff and it's like crack.
Currently a cup of strawberry banana yogurt with some Natures Own high protein chocolate granola and some chocolate protein powder.
I do cookies and cream protein drink with a Carmel rice cake like you with teddy bear peanut butter with only peanuts and oil sodium free and no seed oils or sugar and on top of it I put gout cheese peanut butter and sugar free polander orange mango so good although I'm in bed by 8 every night because I get up early to sauna and cardio then have a protein drink and don't eat till 5 and workout on a empty stomach for two hours then drive home and eat 4 hole eggs with a cup of egg whites with 10 peaces of turkey bacom no carbs till seven .At around 8 that evening no more food and heading to bed nighty night seth thanks for sharing!!!

I do peanut butter and jelly on Ezekiel Bread its my favorite, but its with Teddys peanut butter which isn't that jiffy bullshit, its just peanuts and salt. All natural grape jelly with no corn syrup bullshit. If i wanna get my fat boy on i'll eat some waffles with real maple syrup and butter. You can't beat these for midnight snack. Delicious!

Lately my go to Midnight craving/snack/treat is Teo Gelato so good 😋 just have to watch how much I eat as I’m lactose intolerance. 😅 I normally make a thick PB sludge mixed with a little bit of honey and maybe almond milk and cinnamon. @sethferoce which flavor rice cake is your favorite? Mine would have to be the Chocolate for sweet and savory would be Tomato Basil.
