Secret Sunset Spot in Cartagena

During my time in Cartagena, a fellow traveler told about a secret sunset viewing spot in the city.
It was a bit of a stealth mission to reach the rooftop, but all the effort was rewarded with some incredible views of Cartagena from above, and a sunset all to myself!
