Colombia's Fairytale Valley
In this video, I go on one of the most beautiful hikes in all of Colombia.
The Cocora Valley, just outside of Salento in the Andes of Colombia, is a well known trek that takes you through the valley, forest and ends up at the striking 50 meter tall wax palm trees.
Exploring this area is like stepping into a fairytale, so join me as we explore this magical place together.

The Journey to Israel's Dead Sea

The Dead Sea is famous for it's extremely high salt content, making it easy to float, as well as producing mineral rich mud that's used to make natural skin care products. It will probably be overran and ruined like Tulum, by the time I get there. Also, was I the only one worried about him hydrating out there? 😅 I don't really think you can compare Tulum to Holbox, though. Totally different places, even before Tulum was ruined. Maybe one thing in common is some sort of "hippie" element, but just another cool spot in Yucatán to go to.
I do agree they're very different places that are difficult to compare. It was mostly just for a good video title ;) and don't worry we made sure to keep hydrated haha
Back in the late 1970's you could drive to the site. Not much to see except the house foundation and the coke ovens. Mine entrances closed over.

Hey bro I just subscribed, any tips on how to get to Tikal from Flores and back? I don’t like tours and I would rather explore on my own I just need transportation
For me, I would suggest the bus or a colectivo if you're wanting to do it on your own and for the cheapest. Head to the bus station in Flores, I think the busses leave all day every hour. For colectivos, you'll have to ask around to see where they stop/pick up. These should be the easiest/cheapest ways and then you can just buy your Tikal entry on-site. It may be possible to order the currency through your bank, but the easiest option is to just take money out at a local ATM when you arrive! Good luck with your travels 🙏
How far from Cancun? Where do you catch the ferry at and how much does it cost? How much was your hotel room?
From Cancun it's about 2 and a half hours by bus to Chiquila (About $10) From there it's about 20-30 minutes by ferry (About $20 USD round trip) I stayed at Che Hostel and it was around $20 usd per night. Thanks for watching!

That's okay, as a traveler we always expect to pay more than the locals! I just consider that it's cheaper than at home and it's helping out a local business 😊
what bus did you take to get here?
Ovnibus is the company, and it runs from Terminal Norte in Mexico City to Tula! You can take the metro from anywhere in the city to the bus terminal as well so it's a cheap day trip
He shouldn't get mote than 20MAD Unfortunately some people do that, bit you can consider the rest as a tip Nice shave!
As travelers, we have to accept that we won't get the local price, but try our best to get as close as possible! He did a good job, so I'm happy to give him a little extra and hope it helps him out ❤️

Yes you will be required to show an Antigen Test at the airport when you arrive, along with your vaccination documents, so you will need the test before you leave the US!

Man I really appreciate you coming over and visit our city. But you got Wrong info about it. some of it some is accurate. And is way much more to see. Not just the blocks around the place you stay in. Hopefully you did visit more historic places and museums and again wen you come again enjoy the stay. Mexico City is hugeee!! So yes indeed there’s bad neighborhoods so as any other city around the world just like places in New York, Detroit, Chicago,Los angeles and other city’s around the world places where even locals don’t go to. By the way life itself is sketchy.
