I have a q50 i get rattles with heavy bass from the thing that adjusts seatbelt height its so annoying play money longer by lil uzi and you’ll know what I mean
I figured out where the rattles are coming from. If you open all your four doors you will find metal latch on the frame of the body where the door closes into there is a plastic cover on the latch. Some of mine are loose and rattles around one has a crack in the middle of it. I popped them off and put double sided tape and now there is no more rattles. I hope this helps everyone

Its not seat the seat belt its the metal latch open the door and you will see the metal latch. Tap on the plastic piece that is on the latch that should be the noise that causing rattle
This is crazy because I have a 2022 Q50 with the Bose system and that EXACT spot has rattling as well
I been hearing rattling sometimes in my Q50 as well. Not all the time though. Good info.
If you live in cold climates like me, you'll hear the rattling more apparently in the winter when the plastics contract. Fairly annoying.

My q50 rattles too it drives me crazy I can't tell if its coming from seat belts or the ceiling or speakers idk
Play a song with some bass, then just move around the car to ID where it's from

In mine speakers dont rattle but everything i put in car rattles xD coins , glasses etc
