I really like motivational videos like this one. It is a refresher to take life both easy and seriously. Enjoy the moment and appreciate it. Value it as it is, as there is no second life. Go after new challenges, test your limits and sometimes just sit back and relax. Don't waste your life, sitting down, watching movies all day, or be unproductive. Make every other day better than yesterday.

You know i dont think people often really think about this, but our life as humans, is one. We only get one. There is no respawn where you get to come back and try all over. There is no second chance. We only ever get one. And it will always continue to confuse me why people choose to go out and do dumb things like taking away someone elses precious life. Not to sound cringey but there really is no tomorrow. We dont know when our time will come either. If we get lucky sure we get 75 years, but some of us dont get that. So make the most out of every day. Do what makes you happy and live life to the fullest. Dont be a slave to the bitter and hateful world we live in. We only ever get one life. Smile, laugh, cry, feel every emotion to its fullest. We are all special because we are all alive. Dont waste the one chance you get. Make the most of it and remember, dont forget to smile, otherwise how can you say your living if you cant even do that. I hope everyone has a wonderful day and remember, its a wonderful day to be alive. Every day is.

i asked everybody out the jobs the lonely trips around the world, all the tings i didn´t want to do but ended up being great. i have been bullied i been a bully to some extent. I have known people on the bottom of the lowlifes being 60 no home no family nothing but drugs and missery for a lifetime. I know people people that think struggling is not having the newest phone or even living in apartment. im 22 years old i am young i know that, but i been blessed with all the things i seen and all the people i talked with. Life aint that hard to live when you realise that no matter how comfortable life gets it can be gone in a minute. Dont get to comfortable with everything get comfortable with yourself and your own abilities thats when life is fun when you know yourself and sometimes you get suprised how easy it is to do something you thought was impossible

What if I just wanna chill?
As odd as this sounds, I don't really have much that I can consider "important." My pets, dog and cat, are probably the only thing remaining that I find important. Other than that, I don't have much else. Kind of feel like I'm stuck in a cycle, and it's hard to really see the best.
I wake up, go to work, get off of work, workout for an hour, go home, take care of the animals, sleep, and repeat. All the way up until the weekend and then I have nothing. Playing games used to be my go to on the weekends, but it feels empty now, like even gaming feels like a hassle, and it's become tough now.
A part of me is ready to see what lies beyond, but I will never leave the small family I have.

Great motivational video, but in the end, it's only a motivational video, and the motivation will be gone in a few hours or days. Improving your life is not at all easy. The mental resistance you feel when you do, or think about doing, something that is less gratifying at the moment is what stops us from actually making a change. No quote from some successful influencer or some professional-looking person is ever going to make anyone undergo a long-term change.
I am writing this because the past year passed like nothing for me; I stayed almost the same. Every day in my life feels the same, and I guess many people here can identify with me in some way. The problem is not that we don't know what to do-each of us knows exactly what our real problems are and how to fix them. Getting more knowledge isn't going to help because we already have enough. There are no shortcuts to becoming a better person, unfortunately.
I think life is meaningless, but what if my life impacts the life's of the people in the future?

What are you talking about? You still have time, start now! Even if you truly start to be happy at 40's give a try to this life. First of all, small exercises. Start from very very tiny activity, don't rush, give yourself time, it can be even moving arms on the couch, then legs, then you can start to take a walk, in house, outside. Choose yourself, try to find things that you love about yourself, just like you would with the love of your life, because in fact you are dealing with love of your life... Everyone has something in themselves, don't give up, I believe in you. You can not give up! 😊

@@brandonreed2248 i can't have a good life, because everything that i want is not possible to get/achieve (for example as i said - immortality, it's physically and biologically impossible), but i don't want nor need anything else, you can't force yourself to be interested in what you're not interested, you can't force yourself to like what you don't like, you can't force yourself to enjoy something you don't, you can't force yourself to accept what you're not able to accept, and so on.

dopamine might be saturated. detox from all pleasure (especially do SR) and meditate. live life plain for a bit. do nothing but be present and just be with yourself and go for walks. after that just start learning whether its hobbies, skills, interests etc. and take action even if you're unsure. cant live idle, it wont give you anything. action breeds action. success breeds success. failure breeds lessons and lessons lead to knowledge which lead to action and success. and remember, keep pleasure to a minimum.
