Complete with filming up the top of the Eiffel Tower, it also has Monty Python's "French Taunter" himself John Cleese cameoing in the episode... I'd imagine Tom's Scarf would pop up somewhere if it did, after 7 years in the TARDIS his Doctor sure gets about a lot...

The only thing keeping me from not believing Adrien is a senit-monster is the show is poorly written and the creator will probably make the senti-monster theory into reality and only thought of adding it in during the middle of show because of how popular that theory is. Adrien is a senti-monster will probably play out like how quantum masking played out. Which is added into the show because of the complains from the fans on how dumb the characters are from not recognizing Ladybug and Catnoir and how sometimes quantum theory does not make sense during the show.
