Your version holds good only if the EPFO Authorities only adhere to the formula of 12 months or 60 months, but now a days it is said they are introducing the concept of prorata pension to those retired after 1.9.2014 and in this case, pension amount will be reduced substantially. That is why the worry. It is most appropriate to press the EPFO to indicate the monthly pension amount in the demand notice itself to give an opportunity to the retiree to go for the option or not. It is my opinion. Has anyone approached the High Court of Telangana or AP on this point? Kindly enlighten Sir.
Guruvu garu, your explanation and analysis very good, but one thing I want to tell that why don't tell epf that they can adjust the arrears and difference and they required remaining amount will be paid. Tell epf authorities to adjust that amount in arrears. Don't tell all khanes.

I am not disputing about demand notice along with demand notice EPFO has to mentioned arrears amt to be given to retd employee of higher scale pension if any and also monthly higher pension eligible amt to be given thereby he knows what formula adopted and like demand notice in EPFO and at the same time retd person to have letter from EPFO wrt arrears / monthly expected higher pension also , its cannot to be only demand notice one side and its to be two way process as demand notice raised means EPFO has data in all aspects wrt to arrears to be given / monthly higher pension to be given also what’s problem along with demand notice along these letters to be issued from EPFO to retd persons , is my question Sir regards

It is nit sure if EPFO gives higher oension on 60 months average salary, pro rata or some other formula RPFC wise different formula followed, Kerala pensio er moved Keral high court for clarity. How do we rely on EPFO.

Your explanation is for present EPFO what about when our deduction is started date of joining till 58 years of their service retirement what about intrest for our contribution where is that money gone? Why the retired senior citizens from where they bring money? This are all bogus and fake we are asking higher pension for our services basis not to pay any amount to EPFO Commissioners. Did 7th paycommison staff,OROP staff are paid the difference amount? No why Mazdurs Labours employees will pay the amount for the higher pension? Fake statements. Not genuine senior citizens how they will pay the difference amount. Did MLAS, MLCS,MPS ( Rajasabha) and MPS Parliament how they are getting one Lakh Rupees pension give answer to our senior citizens retired employees pension issues.

My retirement on 31 December 2008. I am getting lower pension amount 1775. Why not accepted for demand notice on pf commissioner by apsrtc. Please look into the matter. How to solve the problem.
@@nagarajeswarivelchuri8472 The persons who retired before 2014 are not eligible for higher pension. So you can't receive demand notice. You may get rejection letter from epfo.
