EPFO assessed Liability for 1,03,00,000 who are eligible for Higher Pension through second Affidavit submitted on 5th August, 2022.
17-A. Payment of Pension
The claims complete in all respects submitted along with the requisite documents shall be settled and benefit amount paid to the beneficiaries within 20 days from the date of receipt by the Commissioner. If there is any deficiency in the claim, the same shall be recorded in writing and communicated to the applicant within 20 days from the date of receipt of such application. In case the Commissioner fails without sufficient cause to settle the claim complete in all respects within 20 days from the date of receipt of such application. In case, the Commissioner fails without sufficient cause to settle a claim complete in all respects with in 20 days, the Commissioner shall be liable for delay beyong the said period and penal interest at the rate of 12 per cent. per annum may be charged on the benefit amount and the same may be deducted from the salary of the Commissioner.

పూర్వం ఒక ముసలి అవ్వ మట్టుకు ఇలచప్పి నవ్వంది,ఒరే అబ్బాయి చదువుకొన్న వాడి మీద చాకలి మేలు అంది.అలవుంది EPFO ffice/ govt, బాగోతం 200/- చో,,అటల్ పెన్షన్ 20సం,,లకు 58 ఏళ్ల కు 5000/- వస్తుంది. EPFO petion నిమిత్తం వాళ్ళ వద్ద ఉన్న మొత్తం బ్యాంకు అతి తక్కువ వడ్డీ కన EPFO దగ్గర నుంచి వచ్చిన డబ్బు వారు ఇచ్చిన కంటే ఎక్కువే. ఎందు కు నెలసరి ఇచ్చినది టీ కూడ ఎక్కువే.మన ప్రభుత్వాలు ఇటింటి కొ రూలు/న్యాయము.

Why the question of liability arise?, if all the eligible persons if opted previously how EPFO pays then, we are all unnecessarily encouraging EFPO in this way not good we ourselves giving clues to dirty organisation
Government of india & it's members including it's MPs & EPFO does not want to clear epfo pensioners dues but they are more interested to loot our huge accrued amount only.

At present the burning problem is not knowing of causes for delay of releasing demand notices, matter of imposing fine on the concerns, giving individual advices but want of process following by EPFO in releasing demand notices whether seniority or any other. No use to know the surplus amount in epfo totally this demo is developing the confusions and doubts on epfo among the applicants. This demo is not useful to the pensioners.
