Secrecy is horrible idea. If we accept drugs on bodybuilding, we must accept top coaches of industry sharing information if we allow tren twins sharing stuff on tiktok. There is also drug tested alternative. The other IFBB that does drug testing. Not this corporation that allowes use of drugs but is constantly trying to hide stuff on top level. All the respect to all athletes on different paths but let's keep BS to minimum.

I weather is more stable in Vegas that’s why the roads are better. In states that have extreme temperature changes like in the northern states freezing and warming temperatures are hard on the roads.
Plenty of cities with stable weather with terrible streets. Why are Wisconsins roads better than Florida? - Matt
@@CutlerCast good question your right in you and Jays talk the cities don’t always put street repair or the money budgeted it in a priority. Minneapolis was like that for a few years in the mid to late 1990s .

I recently went back to journaling on paper. Not as detailed as Milos but tracking workouts. There are things you can do on paper that you just can't do in apps.

I would absolutely love to see Dorian Yates on the podcast. He’s not in Vegas much and is not in the bodybuilding scene as much anymore. But that would be an amazing podcast and he has so much more to talk about than just bodybuilding.

10:40 I’ve been privy to glimpse one of Milos’ journals and nothing comes close. He was very systematic in his approach. I only know of one other trainer that actually would use line graphs to outline half-life’s of certain compounds for his clients to understand their dosing schedule and why.

I live in Florida and have lived in Atlanta. Las Vegas is just the place to have it because you can vacation while you're on vacation. The amenities available around the clock is amazing and per 5 Sq mi there is just way more to do than there is in Orlando by a lot. It's only going to become more as time goes on. I believe Las Vegas in theeeee place because of simply everything that is available and as I view Las Vegas as being a great place to visit. I almost moved there 10 years ago, and actually where Jay lives, but I decided Florida just because of the businesses I own.
Tell me what can you do in Las Vegas that you can’t do in Orlando ?
@@trmatt01trip over a drugged out person in the middle of the day. Get sick from smoke inhalation from walking though a casino. Get charged surge pricing pretty much all day for Uber. 😂

I used to sell Celsius out of my old gym Elite Fitness. I think Jays nickname for the gym was “dump” or something similar lol. Now his buddy Kevin owns it. But yes the cola are always the hardest to get.

Love it. met sooo many nice individuals here in Nashville and throughout the surrounding areas. Southern Charm is real!!! I sure miss my best friend back in Vegas and Gyms. Clark County hands down rules the world in quality, price and variety when it comes to the health and fitness industry. You truly deserve much of the credit for it. You’ve always stayed humble and kind. You’re definitely a “ Cut Above” thank you for your amazing pod casts and jay walk videos…

Great podcast as always. About the possible guests, Arnold and Ronnie are obvious top picks but I think that it would be cool if you could get Dwayne Johnson or John Cena on, as both of them are in the fitness and movie industry, plus the wrestling side.

I enjoy going to vegas. But business is business. If the brand can make more money in Orlando vs Vegas its a no brainer. Vegas is a logistical nightmare. The union and labor costs is waaaaaaay too much is vegas.

How about adding layers of clothes to sweat more for cardio?
What's the point? Low intensity cardio for 30 to 45 min is fine if you do weights as well and you are in a caloric deficit. More sweat doesn't mean more fatloss
Sweat is just water weight loss comes right back when drink water or whatever
I don’t but you can
One of my tricks. Increasing body temperature while doing cardiovascular work you burn more calories than average as your body is expending calories to keep you at a cool 98.7.
Doing it to lose water weight is silly for bodybuilding but for combat sports people trying to make weight it can be imperative...but even they should focus more on shrinking the fat to make weight. Jay has said it before most don’t know how to do it.
